Thank you!

Oh this book was so cute and such a quick read.

I really loved the story and wanted to give everyone a hug to make them feel better. And talk about how cute all the boys were 😍. I even caught myself laughing out loud at the hilarity and adorable-ness of Ren and Lina.

Also got MAJOR wanderlust for Italy now and will plan a trip just to eat legit gelato.

This book was fine. Maybe I'm in a reading slump.

There was nothing new about this book, and I struggled to get into it. By about half way the story started to twist a bit more while the plot thickened.

The characters all seem one-leveled. I would often forget which POV (there was two) I was in because they sounded so alike. The voices weren't distinct enough to provide depth.

The ending was satisfying, and set up an interesting second book.

THE PERFECT COOKIE.

Oh, I adored this book y'all. It was super cute and charming. It really felt like high school. It wasn't over-stylized or dramatic.

The characters are quirky and create a well rounded cast that made me laugh at loud on occasions.

Peter K. has my heart and I cheered him and Lara Jean on the entire book.

Decent book, but had some plot holes I wasn't all for. Ambrose was the best character in this book. He seemed he most real and he would make me chuckle.

The 'insta' love from this story makes it hard to get all of the emotions. I understand that the author was trying to build up why she was broken, but while YES that is horrible, the way it was formulated left me wanting more.

Still a tough read for me to get through. The descriptions are long and arduous for me to poor over. I mostly skipped those sections and continued with the story.

The story line isn't bad, it still hasn't hit enticing though. The 'plot twist' came out of the blue in my mind. There was no build-up to it or an understanding as to why. The author tried to add those pieces in, but it didn't fit right.

I already have the third book so I'll get around to it, hoping this series shapes more into what I have heard about!

Really great read!! I love historical YA fantasy mash-ups.

The heroine was bad-a, could hold her own, and grew over the book. I also loved, LOVED the love interest. Xanthus was so torn in his mind with the world he was put as a slave into. Such turmoil, ALL THE HEARTACHE.

Truly, can not wait til the next book!!

For a retelling, this was a good one! I enjoyed most aspects of it and the different take the author took on Beauty and the Beast.

The characters were magical and the environment was definitely reminiscent of the original. I liked that 'Beauty' was less Disney princess and able to take care of herself.

LEGEN...wait for it...DARY!

Oh my, this book was fantabulous! I enjoyed it from the first page (hence while I read it so fast haha). This book had me going in circles shouting: WHO IS LEGEND? It took me way too long (in a good way to figure out what was going on. Tella, Dante, Legend, & Jacks kept me on edge, never knowing quite what was happening. The world itself was amazing. I was drooling over the thought of having those dresses!! I would want Jacks in my life just to get me dresses hehe. Though, I have alllllll the heart eyes for Dante. Definitely should add this to your TBR! It comes out in May!!

#WARNER

OKAY WHAT JUST HAPPENED.

*tries to gather self*

Uh, first off. WARNER JUST WANTS TO BE LOVED. Is that so hard everyone? Why can't he have the things that he loves? Why the will they / won't they? WHY. I mean, I get it, it's the start of the 'second half' of the series, so ya gotta up the ante. I will sit here until I get the next book though because Mafi BETTER NOT LET ME DOWN.

Okay, after that caps parade, this book was great! I was super nervous when I heard that she was adding on more to the original trilogy, but this one rose above. It had all of the twists and turns that make for a wondrous novel. It had everything the first group did. So many emotions were put in, and I loved feeling for all of the characters. The emotions were raw. They were powerful. And I could barely handle it half the time.

When I figured out where Mafi was taking us, I was flabbergasted. That is such an amazing twist. I have no idea where the roller coaster will take us next, but I am buckled in for the ride.

Definitely some language. There were a few love scenes. I'd call them PG-14ish rated. Nothing overtly descriptive. You did truly get the love between characters though. And I always applaud an author who can convey that kind of emotion without it being raunchy. Minor violence compared to the battles from the previous books
