Wow. This series has definitely taken me on a trip. I had sworn off reading these books for so long but decided to pick up the first book when it was the only thing I could find in my small local library. From then on, I fell in love with these girls and their story. Even though my journey with them may be over, I'm really happy with the way it ended. It was wonderful to be able to see these girls grow into beautiful women. I loved it :)

I really enjoyed listening to this book. In comparison to the other Harry Potter books I've read, this was the most enjoyable. I'm not sure if that is because I listened to it, but I enjoyed the experience. On to the next one! :)

I was recommended this book by my best friend. She was super enthusiastic about it because the relationship between the main character and her best friend reminded my best friend of our friendship. Me, being eager to read something good, ordered the book in ebook form and started reading it ten minutes after my best friend recommended it. In that night, I read over 100 pages. I was hooked right away.
One thing I really loved book was Hannah and Gabby’s relationship. Maybe I’m biased, but I loved them. Mostly because they were so darn similar to me and my best friend. These characters, all of them, were very realistic. I felt like I could meet them in real life.
This is one of the first adult books that I’ve read that I’ve had this much fun while reading. I laughed, I gasped, I teared up, I had all the feelings. I haven’t felt that way about a book in a while. It wasn’t the best book I’ve ever read, but it was the most entertaining book I’ve read in awhile. It also really made me miss my best friend :(

I am trying my hardest to work through my owned TBR shelf this summer. This book was among the many that I own that I haven’t read. For some reason, I’ve been putting this one off for a while. I tend to do that with books that I own quite often. My thought process is that with books that I own quite often. My thought process is that if I own a book than I can wait to read it. This is not so great for my growing TBR. I’m glad I picked up this book because it was good.
I was nervous about this book because I watched the movie a long time ago. Usually when I watch the movie of a book before reading it, I have a hard time enjoying the book because I know everything that is going to happen. Since I watched the movie of this book so long ago, I didn’t really go through that too much. It was a good story but it didn’t go past good.

I’ve been wanting to pick up this book ever since I read “I’ll Give You the Sun” last year, which is also by Jandy Nelson. Unfortunately, it took me quite a while to be able to pick it up because of school. I tried really hard not to compare this book to “I’ll Give You the Sun” but in the end I couldn’t help myself. Although I really enjoyed this book, it didn’t give me the feeling I got from “I’ll Give You the Sun”.
I really love it when a book has little bits of magical realism in them where you can’t tell if what is happening is real or not. I usually don’t do too well with books that are about a character who died before the book stated but because of the moments of magical realism, I found myself attached. This book gave me beautiful imagery. Sometimes I felt like I was there in the story with the characters which was amazing.
The characters felt so real, which made everything there were going through that much more painful. I wanted to be there for them in any way that I could.
I think that if this book were not written so beautifully with such wonderful characters that I probably wouldn’t have enjoyed it as much as I did. When it come to YA these days, it seems like I really like the writing and hate the story or vice versa. There were some parts of this story there weren’t my favorite but it pulled through. I still felt for the characters. I cried. And, in the end, I enjoyed it.

Very informative read.

I have had this book on my to-read list for a while but it was the musical that made me want to read the book right away. I wanted to know the story behind it. (I'm listening to the music from the musical right now and it's absolutely beautiful. Like gosh, it's so good!)
I enjoyed this book because I am so much in love with this musical. I don't think that I would have liked this book that much if I would not have loved the musical as much as I do.

I'm sad to say goodbye to these characters but at the same time I think it's time to say goodbye. Eadlyn will never be my favorite character, but she didn't annoy me as much as she did in the previous book. I enjoy this story. It's not the best story I've ever read, but it kept me interested and I think that what's stories aim to do :)

Overall, this anthology was not as good as the last one. I did notice that this anthology seemed to have more diversity in diversity's many avenues, which I appreciated. Here is the breakdown of each story:
Head, Scales, Tongue, Tail by Leigh Bardugo: I actually ended up skipping this one because I couldn't get into it. It just wasn't my cup of tea. (Unratable)
The End of Love by Nina LaCour: This one wasn't super memorable to me, but I do remember thinking it was cute. (3.5/5)
Last Stand at the Cinegore by Libba Bray: This just so happens to be my very first horror story that I've read. I finished it not being mad or ridiculously scared, so I was happy about it. (3.5/5)
Sick Pleasure by Francesca Lia Block: I really enjoyed this story wand it's Grease feels. (At least I felt Grease vibes. I don't know if anyone else felt that way.) I felt like it ended kind of abruptly though. (3.5/5)
In Ninety Minutes, Turn North by Stephanie Perkins: When I realized that this story was a continuation of Stephanie's story from her last anthology I pretty much lost my mind. I absolutely loved these characters from the last book and I could not wait to see what was going on with them. In the end, I really enjoyed the story. Not as wonderful as the first installment of this story, it was still great though. (4/5)
Souvenirs by Tim Federle: Out of all these stories, I think this one was one of my favorite storylines. It wasn't the best story in the book, but I like it a lot. (3.5/5)
Inertia by Veronica Roth: I loved the moment work in this story. They were what kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time. (3.5/5)
Love is the Last Resort by Jon Skovron: I really enjoyed this story at the beginning but by the end I didn't like it so much. The main characters became annoying. (3/5)
Good Luck and Farewell by Brandy Colbert: Reading a story in the point of view of a black girl always makes me giddy inside. I love that I could identify with the character that much more. Great Story. (3.5/5)
Brand New Attraction by Cassandra Clare: It took me a while to figure out what was going on in this b story with the supernatural elements but once I did, it was enjoyable. (3/5)
A Thousand Ways This Could All Go Wrong: I wasn't quite sure about this story at the beginning but it turned out being really cute. I really loved the aspects this author decided to include in this story because they're super important. (3.5/5)
The Map of Tiny Perfect Things by Lev Grossman: A great way to end out the book. I REALLY loved the concept of this one. Very YA but in the end I really enjoyed it. (3.65/5)
