3,5/5. An entertaining adventure in a crazy world full of strange characters. Of course, with this kind of book we always think about a kind of Alice in Wonderland type of book, and it's. I like the world a lot, the characters lack a bit off substance to be at a higher level and the story was really captivating for the first half, but in the second one, it kind of go round and around in circle for too long, it felts a bit stretch in my opinion, could have drop some fifty page and it would have been even better. I still like it, probably a bit because of my unconditional love for those story where magic is just one step away from the real world and where you can go in a magical world in just stepping in. I think it's a good part of imagination to maintain and feed for the children. Good enough!
Simple but funny story about a wolf trying to lure out a creature from a cave. There is a good «twist» at the end that could also serve as a moral to the story. Good little one!
Read to Your Baby Every Day: 30 classic nursery rhymes to read aloud
Rachel Williams, Chloe Giordano
A bunch of story/song with rhymes for young ones. I grew up as a French Canadian so those English nursery song/lullaby are nothing I can't relate to with childhood memories or stuff like that. I still find those good enough, but it's really more of a sound things, some rhymes can make some children/babies react differently from others. I would say if you like those little songs and you don,t know some by heart or want to discover new one this book might be worth looking at!
Another one of those biographical books for children. Good as always and school related so kids might be more concern about the person. Only problem, the little real bio part at the end was not working on the version I had, so the publisher might want to look that out before the official publication.
A little and cute story about a dad who fell sick and his daughter who try everything she can to make it feel better. Simple and minimalistic illustration style but pretty and just a cute/easy read story.
One minus, the pdf version that I read, made my Ipad run at full power, which is kind of strange for a little book. It was taking forever to load and every page turn take way too much time, don’t know if it just happen to me but it’s kind of annoying if you want to read this particular version with a child.

An unknown adventurer journal/sketch book. This book is just gorgeous in every possible aspect, Great drawing style and illustrations quality. I enjoy that a lot. But as for the content of the book, I’m not so sure... It’s a journal that looks like a survival guide but for young children. I m8understand they can build their imagination with it and go on an imaginative adventure. But drawing of tent, raft, survival tips and more are maybe not what young reader might enjoy more. I love the visual aspect, but between the visual and the contents, I find the targeted reader a bit unclear and I have trouble finding for what age I would recommend it.
Unlike the other from this collection (Feel Better Daddy), this one as a very uninteresting story and an unclear message. The drawing was good enough, but the story makes it not really worth it.

Not sure the artwork was for me, for personal preference I didn’t like this one much. I also prefer book presenting machine or animal, kind of «documentary» book, to have illustrations instead of drawing, maybe it’s just me! Anyway I didn’t like it much but it did a good job presenting tons of machines from various place, from home, to office passing through farm and construction site, that was well achieved!
Always as good! We also have some kind of extra scenes at the ends, almost 1/3 of the book actually, that bring some background/past moments from various characters, which is good but slow down the actual storyline evolution, you can obviously skip them but I wouldn't recommend so because there are good and bring some, not essential, but important detail and help appreciate some characters even more.
