At this point we deviate a bit from Clare story to follow others characters even f you know that eventually but storyline will collide. Not so sure how I feel about this new duo, the child sure look powerful, but the other is kind of lame and... don't know, one of my less love character so far... Anyway good story lot of action as always and again extra scene, one presenting the training/initiation of Clare which was awesome!
Very good! Dark enough and good story, I think where about to see a new group of X-Men and I can't wait for it. I just hope it hold on to this darker story/illustrations child and won,t fall into the more childish/teeny look a lot of Marvel series has gone into recently! So far so good!
Uncanny X-Men (1963-2011) #21
Sam Rosen, Dick Ayers, Werner Roth, Jay Gavin, Roy Thomas, Stan Lee
Not ones of the best. I was never a fan of the scifi/robot part in the x-men.
A bit slow. Important vilain coming in so it keep it interesting but barely!
Great follow up of the past event, story is getting better and bigger with every issue. A great return from a well know villain is also awesome. A great one!
Good action, but story is more simple than the last issues.
I was hoping for more from this issue. The origin of professor X paralysis was not has spectacular as i thought, the action of this issue was quite repetitive and it seem to miss something. I just hope the next one will be better!
Story is a little light in himself, but open up for an interesting part with the origin of Angel and Scott's brother.
All-Star Batman, Volume 2: Ends of the Earth
Scott Snyder, Giuseppe Camuncoli, Francesco Francavilla, Tula Lotay, Jock
This issue/volume was very disappointing to me. First, there is various style of art work, but non of them please me that much. Second, the story are not that related, this is more of a collection of issue but not much of a storyline between them, so thats make them kind of not «necessary» I would say, like they lake a solid plot line to attach them to the Batman universe, they just seem out of nowhere. Last point, the story nothing captivating nor entertaining and a selection of villain that sure aren't in my top five... Like I said... disappointing!
Classical Mad style. It has been a very long time since I read one of those. If you like this style of humor and aren’t tired yet of making a fool of someone who is very good at doing it himself... go for it. Personally, not really my style, I find the first page funny but then I became tired of the repetition and the very first level humor.
