The One of Many is another great edition this romance catalogue. This modern romance is gripping from the first page and the main characters are relatable and compelling enough to keep you turning the page. I was a big fan of the Farren being a working woman and having a lot more going for her than the love a new man. She had agency, was forthcoming with her emotions and was independent without being typecast as bitchy just because she doesn't need anyone financially.
David Powers is a good love interest as he had a lot going on for him in terms of looks and moral compass. The only issue I had with him was perhaps that his reasonings later in the novel werent as detrimental as I would have liked, to justify his behaviour.
Other than that, it was a great read that i finished really quickly as i was so invested!

ACOSF was exactly how I expected it to be in terms of the intensity between Nesta and Cassian and the story that runs parallel but doesnt really have much of a point.
Thats not to say i didnt enjoy it but outside of their relationship and the fun parts of the training and the library, the rest of the story didnt hold much weight for me.
It felt shoe horned in as something that needed to be created to justify a whole new series.
Seeing the Inner Circle was amazing though and it really felt like getting back to the family seeing them all together again. I loved Amren's snarky and blunt attitude and Rhys and Feyre in marital bliss from another perspective was great too.
The ending was great if not entirely expected. Stans will adore it but its just really fun smut at the end of the day.

This was such a cleverly written, funny, interesting read and i urge people to pick it up!
I really enjoyed the main character’s journey and the initial moments waking up as different people was really entertaining. I loved the connect the villain has to certain themes and current social and global predicaments. It was believable.
All in all a really fun read that i got some good chuckles out of and got really invested in the characters!

Nowhere near as fun as Six of Crows so was a little disappointed with this one. I really enjoy Nikolai as a character and while he remains awesome, the rest of the story was let down around him. Nothing happens for ages then all the intrigue picks up at the end in preparation for Rule of Wolves but we could have got there quicker without all the extra stuff.
Hopefully the series closes up well cause the opening was a bit dry

REVIEW: The Dying Light: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5
Sixteen year old Charlie Carroway has been through some shit. Thats the mild way of putting it.
Despite his best efforts to get out of the terrible circumstances in which he finds himself, Charlie fights to remain strong physically and mentally without losing himself to the corruptions of his surroundings.
I enjoyed this story mainly because of how well the trauma and subsequent support and growth from that trauma is shown. There are some TRIGGERING elements in this books that broke me but the relationship building between Charlie and his new found alliances, helped to soothe those pains which was awesome.
I had a few issues with the pacing and sometimes being unsure of where I was in terms of location. The villains while horrific excuses for human beings ticked all the villain boxes, always popped up at the right (wrong lol) time which felt toooo coincidental.
Outside of that, this is a good read with so many layers of emotion that though difficult, are necessary for reader understanding and of course Charlie’s healing.

Loved loved loved!
I was a little disappointed with KoS but RoW was just so much better in terms of action, resolutions and general satisfaction.
Without giving any spoilers, everything was just so much more complete in this one (which is to be expected in the conclusion of a duology of course) but it gave me CK vibes in that even though it was over, it was over and in a good way that made way for more adventures.
Leigh's strengths for me are definitely in her characters. While pacing can be a little off sometimes and certain locations and time jumps have you all over the place, the characters reign it all back in because you just love them so damn much!
I loved that we were able to see more of the Grishaverse but would like for Novyi Zem to get some play now as we've been all over the rest of the world. Lets see more Zemeni has a focal nation rather than consistent side characters.
Cannot wait for the next adventure in the Grishaverse because with that ending, an adventure definitely awaits.
My only concern is that it will delve back into 'travelling for endless pages' type style which i'm not a fan of but here's hoping!

A decent continuation to Theo’s story that pretty much stays on its natural path with no real twists or turns. I enjoyed it well enough but nothing outlandish really took place in order to give it an exceptional rating.
While i enjoy Theo as a main character, she is a little plain in that she doesnt really do much by way of action or fighting. I may be jaded in that i now expect female assassins to be running rife in YA lol but i just want her to do so much more than watch from the sidelines and declare her love for two boys back and forth like a game of tennis
Im intrigued how her story will wrap up considering her new discoveries but outside of that, this is just an easy read that doesnt excite or disappoint in any major way.

Absolutely loved it! Love Elias and Laia and their internal and external conflicts. Great world building and range of characters that had me ploughing through in a day!
