Cody and Hailey have a history but they haven't seen each other in years. When Hailey returns to town looking to start over again, she runs into Cody once more and the sparks fly again. But this time, she's lived a rough life in her time away from Time River and she is now a single mom.
I love this entire series! It's such a great small town romance. I particularly loved that Hailey is plus size, curvy heroine and that Cody loves it. I like my small town romances with some suspense and this definitely had that. So much happened in this book and it was definitely sad at times, but I enjoyed it.

Wordle is such an obsession of mine, so I love that Amy James wrote a romance where the game that captured the world was so prominently featured. This book is just so cute and cozy, and a feel good romance. I really enjoyed reading about Emily and John falling in love through their connection via Wordle, which I think is a cool and unique concept. tThe cover drew me in, and the game of Wordle combined with a romance sold me. This takes place in a small town and all of the side characters make this book even better. I absolutely adored this book!

This was such a cute and fun YA academic romance! I really like the cover of this and quite frankly, it reminded me of an alternate universe version of Leslie and Ben from Parks and Recreation. Ella and Patrick are both vying for the chance to be student body president of their school, with Ella trying to unseat Patrick, who currently holds the position. They have very different personalities and ideas about how things should go, which leads to a lot of clashing and friction, but they also feel drawn to each other and have a spark between that they can't deny, despite how hard they both try. This book showcased themes like loyalty, friendship, stepping out of your comfort zone, being true to yourself, and owning up to your responsibilities and accountability for actions. There is a lot of humor and heart in this book, with great banter and my favorite tropes of rivals to lovers and fake dating. There is a significant plot twist that happens about halfway through and I really enjoyed what it added to the book. The book was written really well. Overall, I really enjoyed this book and I think it would be great for young adults, like teenagers in high school because it would really resonate with them.

I didn't feel like this book was as good as the first book, but it was still really good and a great follow up! Lark was so hilarious that I laughed out loud many times and I just love her as an FMC. Lachlan was so dreamy and wonderful and I just adore him. They worked so well together, despite being in a marriage of convenience and initially not caring for each other at all. They were total opposites because Lachlan was so calm and cool and Lark was quite quirky and manic, but they certainly complemented each other and made it work. The banter was great and this book was overall just a really good time!
This is probably my least favorite Meghan Quinn book and I'm so sad because I was truly looking forward to Posey's book. However, this book just wasn't good. There was so MUCH spice and although I like spice as much as the next person, there was just so much of it that it took away from the plot and the characters and any sort of development. Posey was cute and silly but too much so, and he was a guy who slept around a lot and it was hard to believe he was so into Wylie and her only. That scene at the club was atrocious and so disappointing! This book was not for me and could have been so much better.
I love a good professor/student romance and this one delivered. Ryland and Millie were perfect together and there's something about a forbidden romance with so much at stake. I was definitely interested in Ryland's story after the first book and he was so brooding and borderline cruel but I was eating it up. The spice was truly delicious in this and the plot was really well done. I'm looking forward to the next book!
This was a really cute romance! Lydia and Luke had an adorable meet cute; Lydia is training for her first ever marathon and Luke is the personal trainer helping her. Lydia's motivation for signing up for the marathon is to impress her office crush but the more time she spends with Luke, the more she realizes that he might be the right person for her instead. This is a light and quick read that is just a fun time. There is some spice too, and Luke really had me believing that I could run a marathon! This is low angst with small conflict, but overall a really cute romance that can put you in a good mood.

This was the perfect summer read! I love a good single mom romance and this one did not disappoint. It was cute, sweet, heartwarming, and really fun. One of my favorite tropes is fake dating and this does it so well. Kai and Mila were adorable together and Mila deserved a great romance and happy ending. There is a lot going on, and everyone knows everyone and the gossip and business. I liked the found family aspect of this as well. I had a really good time reading this book!
This was actually really good! I was a little hesitant about this book, because of it being a mix of a historical romance with a modern day hockey player. Sounds outlandish, right? I wasn't sure how the author would pull it off but it was honestly well done and I enjoyed it. Tucker Taylor is a hockey player who finds himself back in 1812... and has to enter into a marriage of convenience with Lizzy, who is a Regency era woman that befriends him and knows he's from the future. It's a wild concept but I thought the author did a fantastic job with it, especially since Tuck is from the future and has to explain things to Lizzy, and much fun and hilarity ensues. Their romance was great, and there was plenty of spice which I was pleasantly surprised by. I truly enjoyed the Jane Austen aspect of it! That was a really cool addition weaved into an already cool concept of a book. My only critique was that the book was in third person POV and I really would have loved to have a dual first person POV, but this is a personal preference of mine and doesn't take away from the book. I also really liked how it ended and felt like the author gave us the best of both worlds. Overall, I had a really good time reading this different and unique book!
