I love a good professor/student romance and this one delivered. Ryland and Millie were perfect together and there's something about a forbidden romance with so much at stake. I was definitely interested in Ryland's story after the first book and he was so brooding and borderline cruel but I was eating it up. The spice was truly delicious in this and the plot was really well done. I'm looking forward to the next book!
