I didn't feel like this book was as good as the first book, but it was still really good and a great follow up! Lark was so hilarious that I laughed out loud many times and I just love her as an FMC. Lachlan was so dreamy and wonderful and I just adore him. They worked so well together, despite being in a marriage of convenience and initially not caring for each other at all. They were total opposites because Lachlan was so calm and cool and Lark was quite quirky and manic, but they certainly complemented each other and made it work. The banter was great and this book was overall just a really good time!
