Do you want to cry? Because I did nothing but cry throughout this entire book.

When I say that this is the saddest book I've EVER read, I mean it's literally so heartbreaking that I had to keep pausing the audiobook because I couldn't handle it.

Because I listened to the audiobook, it made the story that much more devastating. The narrators really became the characters, and I couldn't help but ache for their pain.

The way that Poppy and Rune loved each other was so beautiful. I've never read a love story quite like theirs, and I thought the addition of the jar of kisses was really sweet.

Overall, I would highly recommend this book if you want to read a sweet and heartbreaking love story.

This is the second Sarah Dessen book I've read, and I enjoyed it more than Along for the Ride.

That being said, it had its good and bad moments.

I liked the mixture of sad and funny parts that this story had. The alternating timelines were good for the story because they broke up the devastating past and hilarious present.

Even though the Ethan relationship began so quickly, I still liked him with Louna. The chapters where she talks about him were really hard for me to read because they were so sad.

My favorite character was Ambrose. Even though he was cocky, I found him to be funny and charming. He was also really good at balancing out Louna.

Louna as a main character was just okay. She frankly wasn't that likable. There were times that she was so cynical and selfish. I understand that she went through a horrible tragedy, but I still didn't really like her.

The side characters in this story weren't that great either. I felt like they didn't make that great of an impact to the story, and I just didn't really like any of them that much.

Also, the ending was kind of weird to me.

Overall, this book was good, but I probably wouldn't read it again.

This was the second time I've read this book. The first time I read it, I gave it 5 stars. Since then, I have read a lot more books and reevaluated how I rate books. So now, I'm only giving this book 3 stars.

While this book isn't bad per se, it's not nearly as good as I remember it being.

The concept of this book is really interesting, but I don't feel like it was executed very well.

I did like that there were a decent amount of funny parts, and this book was really easy and quick to read.

However, a lot of the writing and dialogue seemed fake and cliché. The descriptions and references didn't really age well even though this book isn't really that old.

The boys were really awful to Megan throughout the story, and the McGowan parents did literally nothing to stop how they were treating her.

I couldn't understand why Megan had any interest in Evan after the way he continued to treat her and the kind of people he hung out with.

Miller was a good character, but his Asperger's was treated like a science experiment and referred to as a sickness that Megan suddenly knew how to handle while the rest of his family didn't.

Doug was a disgusting character that I couldn't stand.

The ending was abrupt and dumb. Did Megan learn nothing?

Overall, I wouldn't recommend reading this book.

I picked up this book because I read "A Quiet Kind of Thunder" and enjoyed it.

This book isn't at all what I expected it to be. It's not a bad book, but it's not something I would choose to read again.

I don't want to spoil the story, but let's just say that this whole book revolves around a certain topic, and I didn't know that going in to the story.

I think my main problem with this story was the characters.

My favorite character was Connor because he was awesome although maybe not the most realistic teenage boy (at least in my experience). His relationship with Eden was enjoyable.

I really didn't like Bonnie as a character because she was so selfish and such a terrible friend to Eden. I couldn't understand how Eden seemed to know a totally different version of her than I ever saw throughout the story.

Eden as the protagonist was frustrating. I just couldn't wrap my head around the fact that she was so loyal to Bonnie to the point of being dishonest and not caring that Bonnie was in danger. She had a really messed up view of what friendship is.

Even though this book isn't necessarily enjoyable, I think it talks about an important topic that I don't typically see discussed in YA books.

I would recommend reading this book, but just know going in to it that it isn't a "fun" book to read.

I was really excited to read this book since I liked "Tweet Cute" so much, and the secret sister element sounded interesting because I'm a huge fan of the show "Long Lost Family." Sadly, this book fell flat.

I didn't care about any of the characters or romances. The "love triangle" was dumb and wasn't executed very well. Savvy and her Instagram life didn't seem to mesh very well with the story. I just found her really hard to like as a character. Abby's Instagram wasn't very realistic.

There were way too many things going on at once in this story, so the plot was all over the place.
Even though I enjoy happily ever afters, I felt that too many problems in the story wrapped up too easily.

I was also excited for the summer camp setting, but it didn't really add anything to the story.

I honestly didn't feel like the writing style was anything like "Tweet Cute," so that was disappointing.

The one thing that kept me listening to this audiobook was the fact that I wanted to know why Abby and Savvy were split up as kids.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend this story, but I would give this author another chance since I liked her first novel a lot more.
