I absolutely adored reading The Love Match by Priyanka Taslim! 

I didn't know how much I would like this one with an idea of an arranged marriage, but I loved every minute of it!

Zahra is set up by her mother to get to know Harun, whose family has money and hopes for their match to secure her daughter to not struggle through life. But Zahra and Harun hatches their own plan:

💖Fake Dating which Zahra and Harun nicknamed "The Eight Dates of Summer"
-Their plan was to do whatever they could to make it seem like they'd be a disaster couple, so their parents would put the whole matchmaking ruse out of their heads by September

Little does Zahra know she soon has a Love Triangle in the mix with her new coworker Nayim. 

Just based on the cover I knew there was going to be some sort of love triangle but as I was reading I had no idea who Zahra would choose, Nayim or Harun. At one moment I would think one person was best and then another instance the other person. But I am beyond thrilled she ended up with the person she did because they seemed more in-tuned to each others likes, dreams, and family!

💖 I also loved Zahra's close knit friends! These group of friends are ones who you know would always be there for you no matter!

I highly recommend picking this one up and adding to your tbr. And here are a few other things I loved about this one:

Caleb is book 4 in the series and gives us some backstory on Caleb's life before he became a bodyguard for Billie, the 4 years of being her bodyguard in Paris, and then snippets of his POV when they moved to New York. 

For everyone who has read the first 3 books, we know how deeply Caleb cares for Billie and his job of protecting her. I loved how we were able to get more of his POV and the happenings behind the scenes that we did not get from Billie's POVs in the previous books. I'm looking at you, Mr. Ambassador! How dare you?

And I was not prepared once again for the ending 🥺, I honestly thought I was since I knew what was going to happen but the waterworks were in full force.

Cazadora starts off right where Lobizona ends with Manu and her friends on the run. We basically get a day-to-day account of their time in hiding. This wasn't a bad thing per se as we get more depth into many new characters on how the Lunaris society has hindered so many of their citizens of being free to be themselves, love who they please, and live their lives without fear of being persecuted.

Manu and her friends find solace in the Coven (resistance fighters) and she basically becomes the face of their revolution/resistance.

And to save herself and people she loves, she turns herself in to the authorities. 

Now this is where all the happenings begins which is basically the end of the book. There is so much left unanswered with the fate of Manu, her friends and family. 

For example, how is Manu's life now after her trail? Does her friends free her or find a way to reverse her sentence? Does Manu ever reveal her true powers? Will she ever be reunited with her parents? What happened to Saysa? What happens now with Manu and Tiago's relationship? Does her father reveal who he really is to the public? Does Cata and Tiago's plan actually work?

My overall rating is soley based on the ending of the book. I absolutely loved the plot of the story and where it was going. But based on the marketing of the book I was expecting for this to be a duology with a wrapped up ending. However, based on the ending in Cazadora there are so many unanswered questions and I feel like there is so much more of this world to be explored with the characters. 

I would love to read more on Manu and her friends. So it is my I hope the author releases a 3rd book in the series so we all find out what happens next in the Wolves of No World series!

I have been waiting every since the first book in the series to read about, Josh and Jules. And I got just that with Twisted Hate by Ana Huang!

As of right now this is my favorite book in the series, as I still have to read Twisted Lies so I'll do a recap later on. 

One thing I really enjoyed about this book is that Josh and Jules were really true enemies. They really could not stand each other at all and it reflected into every fiber of their being. So how does these two react when they start to catch feelings for each other...exactly as you think...they are repulsed by it! But their attraction was so magnetic and they never lost their witty banter towards each other even when they started to fall in love. 

One gripe I have though is the conflict that happened towards the end. I felt like there was really no need for it. As typical with a lot of romance books it seems like there always have to be something that transpires to break them apart and this one was just a case of miscommunication and Jules only needed to talk with Josh and he could have helped her. Which he told her plenty of times but of course she just had to take things into her own hands. 

Overall it's a solid steamy 🌶🌶🌶🌶 enemies with benefits turned to enemies to lovers romance! 

This one takes us on a wild ride with a cross-country road trip with an aunt and her niece. Told in alternating timelines of 1928 and 1968.  

At the heart of this novel it is about two women: Daisy who is out for revenge from the past and Frankie trying to escape her past.

One of my main things I loved about this one was the sassy and witty banter of Daisy. Daisy is the aunt who doesn't hold back, who tells you exactly how she sees it, and is not afraid to go after what she wants.

At times though with the two different timelines, I did at times forget they were even related. Mainly because in the 1928 timeline Daisy seemed like a totally different person compared to the 1968 timeline. I really wish we could have gotten more about Daisy's life to see how it shaped her to change so much. 

Overall though I really did enjoy this one.

I absolutely adored This Posion Heart and thought it was amazing how the authored reimagined the Greek mythology for it. 

However for This Poison Heart even though I enjoyed it, I still felt like something was missing from it. It was very predictable in a sense and read a lot more middle grade in my opinion. Also Brises did not give me a main character vibe as a lot of things were happening around her and she was kept in the dark for majority of the book with others making the decisions.

One thing though I absolutely adored was the banter between the characters! The comedic and sarcastic banter was everything in this one! Also the family dynamics of love and sacrifice just shined throughout the whole book!

Overall, even though I felt this one wasn't as good as the first book it was still a solid YA fantasy with a neat wrapped in a bow ending.
