This book was good but I also feel like it lacked something for me. Like it was okay but out of all the books I’ve read by M. Monique this one let me down. I did enjoy Saint & Millie I think this book did in a way focused more on the two of them plus dime & franseca which is okay but I would’ve enjoyed more from Dallas & Chloe

Dallas STEPPED when it came to Chloe!!! That man was stepping books ago it didn’t just start in this book. I also loved Dallas French accent & personality. I also loved how Chloe really didn’t fight her attraction to Dallas as well. The plot is also doing exactly what it is supposed to be doing in this book. However, the pace is kind of slow but not like dragging slow if that makes sense. 

Baby Italy stood on BIG BUSINESS & she wasn’t gone fold. She made my boy work hard for it & I like that. I typically don’t care for second chance romances but this one was really cute & good. I loved how Italy was very much so independent & she wasn’t chasing behind nooo ninja 

This was a really good taboo + dark romance. I really love how we got see the relationship with Lennon & Honor from childhood to adulthood. As a reader it was nice to see how Honor stood on business from high school til forever when it came to Lennon I also loved how never hid his intentions with/about his Lennie-bear.

FAWKING MASTERPIECE!!!!!!!! This book was soo good. It was  a good mix between dark romance & dark erotica. The plot was put together really good. I didn’t expect the plot twist to be what it was!! There is a lot of good spicy scenes in this book but there’s still balance between the spice & the other components of the story. For this to be Masterpiece’s first dark romance she did an exceptionally well job. 

What happens when two quirky people are forced to be together then eventually fall in love? This book!!! Listennnn the amount of times I CACKLED while reading this is wild. Menace AKA Maverick AKA Mitchell AKA Mavie is freaking hilarious. In the previous books that he made appearances in you don’t get to see this side of his personality. In this book you get all sides of Menace & get a feel of his entire personality not just the quirky rich guy that pops in unalive somebody then pops out. Now Stevie, baby girl was naive as hell. She was the literal definition of living with blinders on. She quirky & ditzy but she was also perfect for Menace. 

This book was hands down hilarious & didn’t have as much drama and action was the delgatos & Infernos but both drama & action was still present. My favorite overall part of this book is how the romance aspects of this book did & gave wtf it was supposed to. When it was time for Menace to be sweet & talk about his feelings, etc. it was heart felt & beautiful & vice versa. No spoiler but that proposal scene 😍😍😍🥺🥺🥺 I loved everything about this book & honestly I’m happy it’s a standalone. Wanda & Mitchell gave what they were supposed to & that’s enough. 

I struggled with whether to rate this a 3.5 or 4 stars ⭐️ 
The book was good, it’s super fast paced, it’s a good/decent thriller. If you like those old lifetime movies where the woman is obsessed with the man & turns crazy then you’ll love this book or that Obsessed movie Beyoncé was in then you’ll love this book. The plot twist was really good. I just have questions for Ivie because where did this behavior come from & why you didn’t have it with your husband. The book is juicy & filled with some tea

Loooorrrdds them dang on Dillingers 😍😍 Maceo & Sharina did not disappoint. I didn’t expect their story to be what it was but it fits them & their personality. I loooved every bit of it. Including the sneak peeks into Mia & Titan’s story. This is definitely one of my favorite families that Kimberly has created. 

This was such a cute & sweet book. I love a good single dad trope but also seeing how Grand struggled internally & was on his self-redemption type of thing was really good. Also the fact that Saniya was a strong independent FMC with and without Grand was really good to see. Also she’s a rider for her man, sister & everyone that’s attached to her.
