Baby the messy roller coaster this series took me own has officially blown my mind. I thought I had the ended figured out or at least knew the direction the story would go in & I was wrong. It’s sooo hard to not say spoilers but uhhhhhhhh yesssss Tatiana!!!!

All I can say is baby buckle up for the ride that this book takes you on. This ish is truly wild & messy. Im lowkey speechless fr & im interested to see how it all ends. 

This wasn’t bad it also wasn’t something that was great. It was okay. I read this book because I thought it was VITAL to read this before jumping into book 2 & it may be but I doubt it. Only one big thing happens throughout this book the rest is basically groveling 🤷🏾‍♀️

What in the messiness & drama filled foolishness is this??!!! I ATE THIS UPPP though!! This book started off messy from the prologue to the last page. The amount of times I gasped, said ikyfl, wtf, etc. is wild. I can’t wait to see how the story continues to unfold cause that cliffhanger was huge. 

This was a great way to end this duet. This book was action packed & constantly moved at a fast paced. It still had plot twists & everything. It also started like introducing & planting seeds for tempo & saints book which I can’t wait for this was really good. 

Listennnnnn I haven’t read a Jessica Watkins urban fiction/urban romance in a fat minute but this right here hit the spot. The prologue starts with a bang & immediately things go left & then the remainder of the book up until about 95-ish% the story kind of moves at a slower pace. Characters are being introduced & character connections are being developed & explained. The plot as starts being developed (even though technically the plot starts in the prologue). For a while I kind of thought this was like 2-3 different plot lines but by the end of the book it’s looking like everything may be connected after all. Also speaking of the ending…JESSICAAAAAA!!!!! WTF??!!! I had feeling the theme of the plot twist was gone happen but I didn’t expect the center of the plot twist to be that but also it makes sense a little bit. 

I looooved this. I wasn’t expecting this to be an arranged marriage which is one of my favorite tropes so of course I ate it up. I love how both characters had their own thoughts & opinions regarding the deal prior to meeting each other & then when they met each other it was totally different. This isn’t a motorcycle club book it’s a mafia romance where the two characters share a love for riding motorcycles. I can’t wait to see what else K.C. Does with this family/series. 

Sons of Anarchy but make it black…that’s what this book gave to me. It was really good. I enjoyed the motorcycle club part of the book. The plot twist was kind of wild (in a good way) & definitely caught me by surprise. I will say Honey got on my nervesss & in the beginning was playing a dangerous game. At one point I was actually scared for her. This was my first read by this author & she did not disappoint. 

Maaaaaaaaannnnnn Caroline worked my ever lasting nervessssss. Granted her stubbornness & indecisiveness kept the tension throughout the book but I wanted to reach through my screen & just shake her & tell her to get her ish together. Like girl what’s the point of having secrets cause if you got this master revenge plan then what was the reason of marrying this man?? You just stressing him out for no reason. Caroline aside this book was a really good dark mafia romance. The plot was really good & this was my first read by this author. 

The back & forth between these dang near had me tired cause at this point just don’t worry about being together, lol. I also loved how they pointed out real life barriers to them being together (i.e. the distance & the fact both ppl were successful & had things going on in there home state). I liked this one. It was good.
