If you loved smoke in demons dream or demons dream in general, if you loved the Kinsey brothers series then you will definitely love this book. Nahla’s character is similar to smokes character in demons dream & I loved it. The fact baby girl wasn’t backing down & was determined to get hers. This book had spice, single dad, friends to lovers, drama, plot twists, possessive MMCs. It was soo good. The writing of this was really good too. I usually don’t like when there’s flashbacks in a story but this one was done extremely well. It flowed smoothly. 

I think this book is too soft for what I’m in the mood for. There’s no build up we jump straight into what the synopsis says. Like immediately in the first chapter he finds his muse & just for be there wasn’t anything to necessarily keep my attention. I may circle back in the future 🤷🏾‍♀️

Let me just say the plot/storyline of this book was good overall. I loved the friends to lovers of it & how the two built a true friendship first however when it came time for the friendship to turn into lovers it felt kinda rushed. Because prior to the intimacy the two was really friends & they acknowledged that the counterpart was attractive but that was it. Then randomly she wants him to sleep with her then next thing he’s popping up on her to hunch. But to me a lot of the story felt blotchy (I hope that makes sense). There also was grammar issues but I didn’t mind that at all. Despite my dislikes of the book I would still recommend this book because the story was cute. 

Since the beginning of Berkeley bred we’ve been wondering various things bout the mysterious oldest brother chem & in this book we get the answers. I’m not going to spoil the book but Egypt/Eden is probably my least fav. FMC by grey huffington simple because of the plot. Lmao. This book was really good & even though it was chems book it set the foundation for the Childers women. 

Mercer Domino. Mercer Domino. Mercer Domino. That’s all I have to say. This book was a masterpiece. I’m speechless.

The way Elle wrote that ending was soo different but good af but Elle never misses. 

This book picks up where the previous series ended at. Some of the information/dialogue is a repeat but we also get new information/dialogue about previous scenes as well. I kinda liked that we got a different pov of scenes that were in the last book. It satisfied the nosiness in me. But we also get the beginning of a new storyline as well & I have to say Tamar is my new favorite Kinsey. Sis is funny af but also a bad chick.
