Keep your room clean!

This was a great read from Aron. I loved the strong female protagonist and the twist at the end was amazing. This book was definitely disgusting but in all the best ways. Absolutely a must-read if you enjoy messy details but a strong lead.

What an amazing read! Ryan has come a long way in terms of his writing and it's so awesome to see. This book kept me hooked from beginning to end. It was so beautifully written, the story flows amazingly and he gives just enough detail to gives us an image but let our minds fill in the blanks.

The story is a beautiful one about learning to see ourselves as a combination of what others see and what we see when we look in the mirror.

This book was a wild ride but lots of fun! It is definitely creepy since we meet the puppets right from page 1. It's a really good novella about nostalgia, longing for a life no longer possible and puppets that seems to want to devour us whole. How could you go wrong with that combination?

This book starts off relatively slow, but once it picks up, it's worth the journey. I do feel there is a lot of unneeded information and detail in some parts, but overall it was a good read. If you like romances with little angst, especially with a Christmas theme, this is for you.

Really enjoyed this one! It's how I imagine the movie Bros should've gone. It had a lot of tension and emotions, both physically and emotionally. One of my favorite couples from Daryl yet :)

I really enjoyed this book. It wasn't a difficult read but it was a fun journey. The characters are fun and the self reflection about the characters and the roles of books in our lives is and comforting thing to read about.

I enjoyed this collection of short stories more than After the Quake. I definitely felt there was more optimism in these stories and just more to walk away with. It was a much more laid back set of stories, but sadly, I just didn't feel overwhelmed about any of them. There was definitely and more surrealist and dream life feeling but I don't know, I feel like I just wanted more.

This was my first venture into Murakami and I really enjoyed it. You need to take time to understand his stories and writing style. It was tough to get into at first but once I got a grasp of it, it was worth the read. Starting with short stories is a good idea to go with sometimes when reading a new author. I'll be sure to read more of his stuff.

The Good Place meets Haunted

Ok, so I know this book gets a lot of hate but I enjoyed it after a certain point. It does start off very slow by trying to describe Hell and the plot points do seem to jump but once you get the flow, it goes much easier.

The only other book I've read by Chuck was Haunted, which is amazing, but this one is still good. It's very satirical and not nearly as descriptive as Haunted, but it is more funny and you can't help but enjoy the ridiculous people you meet.

It paints a fun picture of the afterlife with some bizarre characters and leads to somewhere fun. I do think he could've gotten there quicker but overall, it was fun.
