I enjoyed this collection of short stories more than After the Quake. I definitely felt there was more optimism in these stories and just more to walk away with. It was a much more laid back set of stories, but sadly, I just didn't feel overwhelmed about any of them. There was definitely and more surrealist and dream life feeling but I don't know, I feel like I just wanted more.
