I really wanted to love this book because of the fact that it is a murder mystery and has some spice, however, everything just kind of fell flat to me. I just couldn’t get into the whole investigation. The relationship with Myles and Taylor….I wanted to love it. I mean it is a bounty hunter and a teacher so they are so different and an unlikely pair you’d see trying to solve a crime. But there was chemistry missing between them. Yes, there were some scenes that were a little spicy, but there was still something I felt was missing between them.
This book just wasn’t the one for me and I’m so bummed out about about that because it had everything I love when it comes to books.

Wealthy kids. Gossip girl vibes. Some mystery. Misfit was intriguing from the start and I continued to get sucked into the Sandover Prep world.
RJ is forced to go to a school he doesn’t want to. He isn’t one for making connections but that fails when it comes to Fenn (his stepbrother) and his two friends, Silas and Lawson. He also doesn’t expect Sloane….who just so happens to be the headmasters daughter.
I loved the back and forth when it came to RJ and Sloane. RJ wasn’t afraid to go after her. Sloane couldn’t fight the attraction and the connection that was between them for long. The two of them really worked well together and I felt brought out a lot in each other throughout the story.
I loved RJ’s relationship with the guys. They really seem like a unlikely bunch, yet they have a great bond with each other. Especially RJ and Fenn. I loved the progression of the friendship.
With that bombshell at the end I am intrigued on how everything is going to play out.
This story is told in multiple POVs, but primarily it is Sloane and RJ. I loved getting little bits and pieces from the other guys. It was a great introduction to them and some insight into who they are.
If you’re looking for a forbidden, somewhat suspenseful, darkish, NA romance check this one out.

The first part of this story is The Crash, a prequel story. If you read that you can skip ahead.
Force of Nature picks up right where things were left at the end of The Crash. June and Carter are trying to survive, trying to stay out of danger, and try to find a way off of the island.
Carter is a professor, a pilot, a Morelli, and a secret agent for the government. June is a photographer, she doesn’t really understand how much danger she is truly in. However, despite the danger they are in there is a connection and chemistry between Carter and June. He is protective of her and wants to just keep her safe from all they dangers they can face. Especially from the mysterious man who is also living on the island.
I am looking forward to see where things go with June, Carter and the mystery man. Especially after that cliffhanger of an ending.

Carter is a man of mystery and many talents. June is a wildlife photographer. June has no idea what she is getting into when she boards the plane that Carter is flying…or who Carter truly is.
From the start there is a connection and an attraction between the two of them. However, they are also complete strangers forced to spend hours together…until the plane crashes.
This is a fast paced novella that is a great set up to Force of Nature. I am DYING to see where things go with Carter and June.

I’m still trying to wrap my head around this story. From the beginning, it was full of twists and turns that keep you on the edge of your seat until the final page.
The Cliffs is a mysterious place and strange events are happening surrounding the country club…but who is behind it all? The story is told from several different POV’s but each of them give a different perspective and add something different to the story and to the mystery.
Rae is the newest server at The Cliffs thanks to her friend, Beth, getting her a job for the summer. She quickly finds out that there is a lot more to this place and the wealthy who spend their time there have a lot of secrets. While the mystery of the Cliffs and the former waitress being found dead on the beach come to light, Rae is also navigating a new relationship with Frankie, whose family also has very close ties to the club.
The story itself is fast paced and by the time I got to end I wanted more. I didn’t want this to end. I feel like The Cliffs and the wealthy are who spend time their still have more secrets to tell and I hope that there is more in this world in the future.

Kellan is former military and the newest member of the Jameson Force Security team along with his dog, Omega aka Bubba. Kellan and Bubba are thick as thieves and Kellan will do anything for his dog. What he doesn’t expect is to meet Abby during a trip to the vet.
Kellan and Abby have an instant connection. They are both drawn to each other and they both have a strong love for dogs. Kellan quickly comes on board with Abby and her thoughts about puppy mills and saving dogs that are in that situation. Their relationship progresses at a fast pace, but I loved it. I loved the banter between the two of them.
Of course, the other members of Jameson pop up from time to time and it is always fun to get them and see a majority of the crew together.
I’m kind of hoping that we get some more of Abby’s siblings (her twin sister and three older brothers). I would love to learn more about them all!

Gold Lust picks up right where things left off in Green Envy and the twists and turns continue until the very end. I was on the edge of my seat the entire time and I couldn’t put this one down.
Van and Julia are approaching their wedding day, but there are still many obstacles that they have to face and unexpected surprises that come up and could derail everything between them. I love seeing them continue to grow closer and seeing their chemistry grow.
I am DYING to see how things ends for these two, but I am sure the twists and turns will continue for them!

I’ve been waiting for the conclusion to Bailey and Kash’s story! There are plenty of twists and turns throughout this story.
The first half the story felt like it was kind of dragging at times to me, especially for a third book in a trilogy. However, the story did pick up. There were a lot of loose ends to wrap up and they do eventually get there.
I loved Bailey throughout this series. I love that after what happened to her in the previous book, she turned that into fuel for revenge. Sure, she had moments where she was done, but she turned it all around. She is a strong character. I also adore her relationship with her brother, Matt. Kash is amazing, like always. I love how the cares about Bailey and it only grows stronger throughout this book.
I adored the epilogue, it was super sweet to see into the future for Kash and Bailey.

From page one this story was intriguing and the further I got in it the more invested I became in the mystery of the story.
Bailey is a genius with a photographic memory. Her life is threatened when a group of people attempt to kidnap her. Now she has to make a decision about what she wants to do next. I like Bailey as a character. She is a genius, she is a talented hacker. Her life has just completely changed, but she is still full of attitude. Kash works with Bailey’s father and he is also the one that guards her. Kash is a mysterious individual and there are some details provided about him and his past that come up and with those details it is easy to start to understand the man, however, I feel like there is still plenty of secrets about him.
Bailey and Kash have chemistry from the moment they meet. I wasn’t sure how a romance would play into this story when it first start, but seeing the two of them together and the connection they have formed it works. The two of them work really well together and understand each other, well Bailey understands Kash as much as he will let her for now.
I love the dynamics in this story and the relationship between Bailey and her siblings, her father, her mother, and Kash. I am curious to see how these relationships will change as the story progresses and the more secrets that are revealed.

This story picks up where Dark Reign left off, Daphne joining Emerson’s collection….
Daphne is now held hostage and learning the hard way about Emerson’s obsession with her and her art goes. This isn’t what she wanted when she asked him for help. Emerson is a complicated man. She has a dark past and that has contributed to the man he now.
I loved getting to know a little bit more about who Emerson is and getting some idea of who the man truly is, but I feel like there is still a TON to learn about this mysterious man. I loved getting to know his brothers, Sin and Will. They are protective of Emerson and the three of them have a unique bond. Daphne doesn’t want to be there, yet she also sees more in Emerson and she is drawn to that. Learning more about him only leads to the two of them developing a deeper connection and understanding.
Sweet Mercy continues to paint a beautifully broken picture of Daphne and Emerson’s story and I can’t wait to see how their masterpiece turns out.
