LOVED the energy. some of these tropes are tired, but they were written really well so i didn’t mind. i loved the meddling elders too. 

cute story full of danger, saviors, and fluff! 

sapphic agggtm. fun plot, fun characters. 
some parts felt like they either dragged or skipped over way too quickly, but it was fine! 

cute holiday novella. not focused around the holidays as much as just set during them, which was enjoyable. 
loved the growth, loved the concept, loved the vibes. 

there is a ~10 year age gap which is NOT my thing, but to each their own

this felt like a crack!fic in the best way? like the whole thing felt like a fever dream but i didn’t hate it? i have thoughts but none of them are coherent.

… no words. not a fan. i don’t like this author but the first sentence of this had me CONFUSED so i felt like i had to see wtf this was instead of skipping it like i had planned. 

short, sweet, and too the point. but i wish it wasn’t!! i really loved this plot and wish it was a longer story, but ali did a really good job telling the full story with how short it actually was! 

going into this, i knew to expect a similar vibe to the inheritance games and i was excited because i LOVE those books. and i was pleasantly surprised how much i liked this one! 
at first, i was a bit weary because some of the names caught me off guard and the story felt SO similar to TIG. but i really did enjoy the end twists and turns. it was both predictable and shocking (parts were predictable but there were twists woven in). a really fun listen!

dual timeline, multi-pov, timelines meet in the middle. 
i’m a big fan of gossip and this book felt like i was listening to the rich kids gossip. truly so fun to listen to while doing other things because the story was interesting enough that i didn’t keep getting distracted, but simple enough that i didn’t have to pay full attention to it. 

i had fun listening to this one. nothing groundbreaking, just another fun YA mystery book. i really like this genre, especially when i want to just find something to listen to without doing too much searching.
