What a wonderful find. This book caught my eye after FACEBOOK so kindly shoved the add down my throat. Just the cover alone is eye catching. A pink haired cutie in a wheelchair with a hot guy. I figured what's the harm, it's probably a cute little Hallmark love story.

If Hallmark covered kink clubs, bondage, and sex podcasts then yeah that's what this was. This book gave me Lifetime movie vibes sprinkled with Cinemax porn after dark. I loved how innocent yet saucy this story was. I wouldn't call it smut in the general sense but it can definitely hit the spot and that cute cover will have people in the park, beach, or doctor's office none the wiser.

Frankie is intelligent, fun, independent, a bit stubborn, yet has the BEST communication and processing skills. Her handicap was not a major focal point of this story which I appreciated. Her needs were addressed with direct statements. No insensitive faux paus to get a few laughs. Which was one of my concerns going in.

Jay was fantastic. He had some insecurity issues but for the most part he didn't allow them to infect his relationship with Frankie. I enjoyed his attraction to her and their flirting. He didn't stand a chance.

I look forward to continuing this series as well as checking at other series by Evie Mitchell because she described some pretty hot shit.

I'm just now discovering Evie Mitchell so I wasn't sure what to expect. The last book I read was pretty Lifetime with steamy moments but this shit popped off. Like Debbie Does Dallas at the dollar theatre. The sexual attraction between Gunnar and Ella was electrifying. She for real manifested that man into creation and into her life and I was there for it.

With that said, I am excited for this series. The introduction to the town and people was smooth. I can already tell that it's very diverse and open. A seaside town that could be featured on Hallmark or a Stephen King movie like who wouldn't want that?!

This is a quick sexy read with an adorable couple.

My heart has been ripped out of my chest and Dana Isaly herself has taken a bite out of it before slamming it back in with her Shakespearean romance. Is this romance? It's tragic and raw and consuming.

I was not ready for this couple. Lyra and Elijah are so broken and twisted. Individually they are dangerous, together they are a black hole overtaking any and everything in their path. I don't want to list all the triggers because I feel like they would serve as spoilers so I will simply say . Do not read this book if you have ANY triggers. ANY at all, not one fucking trigger because you will be devastated beyond repair.

If you have thick skin, a stomach of steel, and are fascinated with demented shit then this is your book. I assure you it's sooo freaking good and the ride will leave you feeling like you are coming down from the high of your life. **runners high of course dont' do drugs kids**

This book was highly suggested in my reader group but no one really explained what it was about. It was simply "You gotta read it, it's soo good". So I figured why not. OMG what a hidden treasure.

Ben and Jess were teen parents which means they are now in their mid thirties with an adult daughter Hailey. Hailey brings her boyfriend Ryan home from college for Thanksgiving and shit just gets crazy from there. Ben and Ryan end up hooking up. Then Ben, Jess, and Ryan have a thing going on for a bit. And the entire time Hailey is in the dark and as a reader you know it's only a matter of time until shit hits the fan.

Now the smut level in this read is exceptional. But the storyline, it's there. It's sooo strong and emotional. Ben and Ryan both have a crap ton of baggage that needs worked out individually. I did not think there could be an HEA for these people. Then I reasoned not all HEA mean the two people you want to end up together.

Despite his good intentions Ben is really selfish and he hurts our boy. You will be scandalized, happy, mad, sad, and relieved. It's truly an emotional ride. There were some aspects that were predictable but they don't play out like you would think.

Read this book with tissues and wine readily available and be prepared to say WTF out loud and a lot.

Holy fucking shit! What did I just read?! Review to be continued as soon as I can get to my laptop so I can properly type plug everything I need to say.

Okay it's been about 8 hours and I'm ready to review this bitch. First off this was such an unexpected ride. This was my first book by this author and I am officially obsessed.

There was so much going on. I didn't know who the bad guy was. I wasn't even sure if this was a "romance" book. There is sooo much fucked up depravity, lies, manipulation, and plot twists in this book I couldn't put it down. I need Shonda Rhimes to make this into a mini series.

Cain - Gave me Brock Turner vibes. His entitlement and selfishness was just infuriating. I'm sure everyone knows a Cain in real life.

Damian is such a wild card. He was my Jason Dean (Heathers) I even got Christian Slater sexy vibes during his high school chapters. If you are familiar with Penelope Douglas's Fire Night series, he's Damon Torrence with blue eyes. OMFG I wanted him to tie me up. He's bad but he's soo good at it.

Eden- Okay so I'm the mother of a 19 year old and am very familiar with how they think. A person with less experience with that age group probably thought there was massive communication gaps, dumb decisions, and may be annoyed by her blind trust and ability to be manipulated. They probably rolled their eyes and thought her behavior was unrealistic. Welp bitches, I'm here to tell you it's 110% believable and spot on for these young girls. My kid drove 5 hours to meet a sexy Asian she met on an app. I've seen her friends act like these grown ass men are infallible and believe every word they say. My heart hurt for Eden's inexperience in life and misplaced trust.

I implore everyone to read this duet expeditiously

I finished book one in 5 hours. At 1 am when I should have been going to sleep I was up reading book two because there was no way in h-e-double hockey sticks that I could STOP.

After googling the price and availability on a red belly piranha and chugging a Bang I am ready to tell you how freaking amazing this book is.

This story is like Clue. So many plot twists and reveals. It was like Tim Curry himself was revealing every heart stopping dark twist.

Damien and Eden have sooo much personal growth. I was clapping for my girl for finding a back bone. This shit turned into a season of Revenge. You know how you try to predict the ending???? Don't with this one because you will be wrong.

What really got to me in this book was how all these rich fucks dragged Eden who was a freaking victim. But it happens all the time. Victim blaming and rape culture is so infuriating.

Cain's manipulation game is on point. He is sooo fucking evil. I feel calling him the devil is too kind. Damien my dark prince I love him so much. Eden my heart broke for her.

I don't want to give too much away but this was one of the BEST stories I've read.

Five Stars Bitches!!!!!!!!!

I was so excited and ready to read Jason's story. Right off the bat it was poppin! My emotions were all over the place. If you thought he was a hero before let me tell you.... after reading this you are going to be screaming Jedi Knight Muther Fookers!!!

Jason is just everything. I love that he's under 6ft and "average". It makes his ability to be a shadow all the more real. He's sooo smart, empathetic, raw, dreamy, and just sooooo perfect.

Zara, I adore. She's sensual, sultry, feisty, empathetic, and understanding. I love the easy communication between these two. Her back story was insane. I soooo appreciate the author taking on a sad reoccurring domestic issue and flipping it so we see it from a different perspective.

Everything about this story had me all up in my feels. The continuance of Kitty & Murder was exciting and frustrating. I am not a fan of Kitty BUT that's just cause I would have loved my baby daddy to be more like murder so that's just me projecting... sorry girl.

OMG and Knox!! Kid is really finding himself. Props!

I knew going in that this was a poly story. I knew that Dane and Drake were a couple so I should not have been surprised, but I sure as hell turned red as a tomato when they got frisky. This is not my first MM rodeo, so I'm not sure why my I reacted the way it did. Good writing is the only reasonable explanation. Evie does a fantastic job with her sexy scenes.

I didn't love the overall storyline. Drake and Dane have loved Blue since their teens. They graduated and joined the service and have been MIA for 10 freaking years and are now back to claim their woman. This was a very sex heavy story which isn't a bad thing but seeing how this is part of a series and wanted a bit MORE to their reunion.

I absolutely love that Blue is a curvy Latina. I have been super impressed with the diversity so far.

This was a quick sexy read. Not my favorite but I think that may to be having too many expectations for the 60 some pages

I had no business starting this book after midnight but I figured I could find a stopping point before going to bed. Apparently the stopping point was the end.

I absolutely love Honey. She's confident, comfortable, intelligent, extra, and funny af. I'd love to be her friend. I hated that her mom was such a bitch. But the description of emotional vampire was sport on.

Tristan is everything that I want and need. Mr. Nice guy with a dark side. Yeah, I can get down with that. His love is unconditional, he's a protective alpha, and a fierce lover. I highlighted the shit out of his POV and sent it to my husband. Take notes cause this is the type of love I want/need.

Can we make this into a Netflix movie staring Nicholas Gonzalez???

If you are reading this series in order then you will already be familiar with the events that lead to their separation and have advance knowledge that they have an HEA. This story is basically giving you a behind the scenes look at how they got there.

It's clear that Cal's mom the emotional vampire destroyed Emily in the same way she had attempted to do her own daughter. I hope that someone puts her in her place sadly it didn't happen in this story. .

I appreciated that Cal acknowledged his short comings in their deteriorating marriage and that he communicated his desires while actively comfortinf and listening to his wife to assist in her healing process.

Emily lost herself in an attempt to be good enough. Her story is relatable, emotional, and heartwarming.

This is Christian Movie Channel level. I was so invested in this couple my usually hornball self did not desire anything more than the vanilla that was offered.

Quick and Solid Read. Would recommend especially to anyone struggling.
