Wow oh wow, do I ever love this concept. Will be looking for more by this author.
Hollis is my favorite. I wanted more about animal/human telepathic interactions, because I love the whole concept.
Surprisingly enjoyable, considering the Kevin started off pretty unlikable. He's every gross, sloppy cop you see on television, but his characterization grows in leaps and bounds when he has the freedom to see how his actions (and inaction) have affected the people around him.
Addy was always my favorite for her love of books and reading.
While I read all of Molly's books I could find, even as a child I was drawn more to the setting than the character. I thought she was terribly bratty and shallow. Maybe it's because as a curly haired girl I could not imagine going through such lengths for pin curls!
I gobbled these books up as a young girl and was infinitely disappointed that there weren't more to be found at my home library. Why did they only buy three of them??
We have these people in non-sex-shop retail too. That almost makes it worse.
I've loved cats from a very early age and this was always one of my favorite books when I was a small child. I'm not sure if my mother bought this due to my love of the felines or because she thought I needed the lesson on lying.
It was probably the cats.
It was probably the cats.
