A bit rushed but enjoyable overall. I’ll be honest I was really thrown into the deep end at the start with this one and I really thought I’d accidentally picked up the second book in a series for a while there, but once I got (quite) a few chapters in I really started to enjoy this one! I especially loved the trope role reversal at the end!

I genuinely enjoyed this so much! I love the unexpected single parent trope + romance and Lucy Score did it so well! I can’t wait to read more from them asap!

I don’t think I’ve read a dark romance before so this was a real learning experience for me in the start. I didn’t love this but I didn’t hate it either and the Peter Pan aspect was certainly interesting.

I don't know if it's just because I've never been to Disneyland, but the bits with Zhara and Rowan in the parks actually did feel magical so I believe it! I'm definitely rereading the rest of the series now!

I’ve never read one of Lauren Asher’s books before so I had no idea what to expect from this but I absolutely adored Rowan and Zhara’s story. Also it turns out I absolutely love reading about theme parks!

This book is my villain origin story.
• An unnecessary The Hating Game rip off
• Robotic and awkward dialogue
• Somebody tell me why this book was a whole ass 480 pages long???
• Take a shot every time this chick says 'love deception'
• For a book called The SPANISH Love Deception barely any of it actually takes place in Spain.
• A boring, quirky in a bad way (at times) MC who I didn't hate but I also didn't like & a love interest with abs and money and absolutely no other identifying traits. That's it. That's the book.

I can’t remember the last book I stayed up until 2am reading but I just couldn’t put this one down. I loved Brendan and Piper together so this book was like candy to me. Like with Tools of Engagement I wasn’t too fussed on the flashy ending, but I loved the other 95% of this book!

I really enjoyed this for the most part but I definitely enjoyed book 1 more. I will absolutely be picking up more by Tessa Bailey in the future, I've been having so much fun with her romances this month!

This was really good until it really wasn't. Ironically this entire book fell apart for me when the main couple said 'i love you'. I loved the disability rep and recommend this book for that alone, but I didn't love the main character, Bree. There are some pretty great steamy scenes and I really did like Archer, but other than that, this won't be a story I revisit in the future. That being said, I do think it's important that we read more diversely and that includes disabilities, so considering this was a good book, just not completely to my taste, I do recommend this one.

I had no idea what to expect from this because I've never read one of Ella Maise's books before and all I knew was that there was a guy named Jason and this book used the marriage of convenience trope. So, I really wasn't sure how I would feel about this since I hadn't read any reviews beforehand but I ended up really really enjoying it! I was a bit unsure in the beginning but as soon as Olive and Jason met as adults I was 100% into this and rooting for them from the sidelines! This was so much fun, even for someone who doesn't love famous people in books and I will absolutely be reading more from Ella Maise in the near future!
