Phenomenal. 4.5 stars. I absolutely loved it. It was fun, fast paced and had the most satisfying ending. Tenley, despite having a really weird name, is a great character. She is really clever, insanely protective and entertaining. I love Knox too but I will be honest he is underwhelming compared to her, still great though. The smut is great, I want that.

I could not put this down, it was so good. It was so satisfying seeing everything fall into place. The only thing I didn’t love and the reason it’s not five stars is
the third act breakup really dragged on and on

Too many “oh no I abandoned god and now I’m cursed” moments at the start, her friends suck, and it’s a bit too slow to get to anything. She also gets sloppy drunk a bit too often for my liking. I’m sure Joel is great when they’re together and apparently the twist of who dun it is great but I just can’t keep going

I think I liked this one more than Legends and Lattes and I loved that one. This is the story of a much younger Viv and one of her adventures, kind of. When she gets wounded she ends up in a small town alone with not much to do, except read. She makes friends, fights some people, and has a summer romance. I will say that the romance was kind of felt unnecessary until the very end when we see Viv and Tandri a few years after Legends. This added a lot to the series and I think I love it all more now.
