What did I just read?! This needed to be a longer flushed out story. The end was unexpected and came out of left field. 

I probably won’t tender what this book is about or why I rated it the stars but it was decent. An easy and quick read. Will read the second book out of curiosity though I wonder if Dean Koontz is a republican or possibly voted for Trump based on his uh descriptions of certain characters and their statements. It felt like he was putting his own politics and thoughts into the story. 

This was a cute holiday romance novella that made for a good palate cleanser. In the beginning the FMC was slightly annoying but turned it around. The romance between the two was cute and had me rooting for them. Nice fluff and spice 🌶️ 

This story should have been left as the Edward/ Bella fanfiction it originally was. I enjoyed it as a fanfic - it was decent quality and pretty good for a fanfic story but not as a published work. But get your coins where you can right? 

While reading the scenes played out like a movie in my head - really had me looking hard into my hallway and apartment at night. Can definitely see a movie adaptation of this being made. It was creepy and had me paranoid as well while reading. But there were alot of loose ends and unanswered questions that may or may not be intentional. Would love to see a sequel that answers those questions
