I’m not judging the people who enjoy this kind of thing at all. But this is definitely for a different target audience. The sprayed edges are beautiful though!!!

I loved the mystery in this! I was not expecting the big reveal haha

I am no where ashamed how much much I enjoyed this book. It was so cringey and stupid it made me giggle and kick my feet

I personally have been in two lockdowns because of a shooting threat, have had to be evacuated because of a bomb threat, and have had school cancelled because of someone threatening to shoot up the school, so this brought up many feelings for me and I know for most people in public schools. This book is a tragedy that evokes many emotions and thoughts I don’t think many of us consider when it comes to events like that that are unfortunately getting worse as time goes on. Jodi Picoult challenged her readers to look into the lives, minds, and emotions of everyone involved including the assaulter, which sometimes we all need to do. Not to rationalize what happened, but to get a deeper understanding. 

I can’t even begin to imagine hurting your children in the way Ruby Franke did. I am so thankful those kids got out and all of them are getting the help they need and deserve. It’s truly horrible what she put them through 

This book got to me in so many different ways I can’t even begin to describe. Beautiful just beautiful
