Classic or no, this book dragged so much ass. It was hard to concentrate and enjoy it. Started off and ended well enough. I felt like it needed to be about 200 pages less. Impressively repetitive, if you're into that sort of thing.

I love a good unreliable narrarator, especially a deranged one! I found the characters and they're relationships fascinating. SO much left unsaid, unexplained, that I didn't want this story to end. A new favorite... I'm embarrassed that it has taken me sooo long to get around to reading this.

Cringy yet still a fun enough read.
