I think 2.5 stars. I didn't like it as much as The Power of Habit, and it seemed strangely organized to me. But I was interested in the parts about focus and creating mental maps.
Really interesting.
This really was short--maybe an hour on audio, so more like a keynote or TED talk. But she makes a good case for why our early morning hours are really valuable time. It's when we have more willpower and the ability to focus and before the demands of the rest of the day (and the rest of the people) can derail everything.
Enh. There were some good ideas that I would like to think about a bit more, but I think the audio format made it harder for me to hang onto them.
