This is an ingenious way of writing. It traps you and makes you think, imagine, create scenarios in you head.
It has a happy, although open ending.
I've never been a fan of open endings. In fact, I despise them but, this is the exception.

This is definitely a must read for both children and adults. It's a lovely story full of magic that gives you a lot to reflect about.
