OOO these poor gentle souls 🥺 The amount of things these two guys have dealt with from their families is so sad. I think that the struggles that Owen dealt with was done beautifully and really highlighted the fact that no matter how you are perceived to have everything, you can still struggle on the daily with mental health.

I loved these two so much. Colin the constant flirt and pushing the boundaries but also taking care of Owen when it was needed but also enforced that he begins to make his own decisions and I feel that was truly needed for Owen to grow and find his own happiness.

It took some time but Owen finally came around to his feelings and began to fully open up to Colin. That 3rd act breakup really broke my heart and what happened to Colin absolutely shattered me.

I loved seeing Isaac and Oliver in this one as well. Oliver was his growly self as usual but I love how he came around at the end and would do anything for Colin. 

Can't wait to see who the leads are in the next book The Penalty!!

While I haven't read another book in this series I felt you really didn't have to, to fully understand. I will say that I love Lauren Biel books but this one missed the mark for me s little bit. At time it's felt rushed and overall felt that it was just all over the place. 

Knox is a hitman for Exodus and also the current obsession of Karma. She take him captive, like true holds him captive, which was a nice change of events since most of the time it's the men holding people captive. 

It's dark, it's spicy, they both have demons they are trying to battle. I think if it was a bit longer, it would have felt more put together but it was just a miss for me 😞

This was a cute book but it was just ok for me. Nothing really to stand out and make me love it. 

After inheriting a building from his grandpa that he never met, Clay packed up his life with the sole purpose of selling the building, take the money and go start his own business. Of course along the way he began to fall in love with the little town and of course the peppy upbeag Nicholas. 

I loved Nick right away but it took a little while for Clay to grow on me. One thing that bothered me was the whole, I'm bi, no I'm not, then the next moment they are talking about hooking up and Clay is all into it. It just felt rushed and forced to me. 

I feel like there's really not much that I could say that I wouldn't be able to give out any spoils on this amazing read. So I'll keep it as spoil free as possible.

This was such an incredible read. There was angst, there was tension, there was romance, there was mafia war vibes going on. There was so much this had me gripped from beginning to end. 

There were so many twists and turns that if you thing you had it figured out, B.B. said hang on nope, no you dont. 

Seriously, such a great read and now I don't know what to do with my life after reading.

This series. This series is everything!! It has my whole heart. I just love it so much. The books keep getting better and better honestly. 

I e always seen Colt as the sarcastic, cocky, playboy of the group but he is so so much more. He's sweet, kind, loyal, and loves so deep! I loved how he stood his ground on what he wanted and never gave up hope. 

Mmm Daddy Will, there were moments where I just wanted to grab him by the shoulders and shake him for the hot and cold he kept giving Colt, I was so happy when he finally realized his feelings and stopped fighting them. 

These two were so cute 🥺 got a preview of the next book and I CAN NOT WAIT!!!!!!!! like I squeled when I saw the name of one of the characters and did a little happy dance and thought yyyeeess FINALLLYYY 😍

Hannah completely stepped out of her comfort zone and dabbled in a bit of a mafia romance and just as all of her books she absolutely slayed this one. 

This had me hooked from the prologue and I just HAD to know what led up to those events and I was not disappointed one bit. 

Briar is such a strong woman to go through what she did in her childhood and then what she is dealing with currently in the book. I loved how she appeared meek but underneath it all she was determined and headstrong to get herself out of what she was being forced into and being down the eveil guys in the process. 

Hudson, ugh Hudson is absolutely perfect. Secrets he is hiding come to light and I loved him even more after that. He was determined to bring down these evil vile people no matter what but also ensured the safety of Briar in the process. I love their connection they had, and although it seemed fast for them, I think it was perfect for what they were going through. 

I loved everything about this book! Ate it right up, while a quick read it will have you loving every bit of it!!

Ive said this once and I'll say it over and over and over again, Jagger does not miss!! He writes the most obsessed, possessive dirty talking MMC's I think I ever read.

This was no exception with Kenzo! Just like with any other book, this had me hooked from the beginning to the end. The twists kept coming and the spice, mannnnn that spice was HOOOOTTT!!!!

Both characters we sooo strong and absolutely blew my mind. The tension in the beginning to their chemistry throughout the whole book..... amazing!

Great start to a new series and I can't wait to see what else is in store!!!!!!!

Oh my poor sweet baby Dallas. My heart hurt for him so much in this book. I just wanted to wrap him up in a hug and never let him go. He had to deal with so much stuff that it was just eating away at him. Benny and Colt were so supportive and patient with him while he worked everything out in his head.

Colt surely made a horrible first impression but that didn't stop him from pursing Dallas one way or the other. Under false pretenses but underneath it all he had really good intentions. He came at the perfect time in Dallas life too, he wiggled his way into not only his life but his heart too. 

This was a great start to the new series and I can't wait for Benny's story next!!

This was a quick read, but it made me fall in love with Hannah and Maddox soooo much more. 

I loved getting to see how they meet and the chemistry they had back then as well. 

After reading this, I'm due for a re-read of Love Utley so see them fall in love and their chemistry sizzle even more!!

FORD!! Ford is everything you could want in a man 🥹 

After breaking Emmy's heart, Ford did everything he could to protect the one he loves. I mean that man created a security business with the sole purpose of going to all of her dealings to watch over her and protect her from afar. The reasoning he left all those years ago was heartbreaking, it really really was.

Emmy is such a strong woman. The amount of things that she had to deal with that came to light in the end was horrible but through it all she listened to her heart. These two are soulmates, though and through and deserve nothing but happiness. 

I will say that I wish there was more closure with Easton and him learning of things that he blamed Ford for, that would have been just what both Ford and Emmy needed to fully close that chapter of their past.  

Love these two so much. They finally got their HEA and love is growing even more back in Texas with them 🥰
