This was a cute book but it was just ok for me. Nothing really to stand out and make me love it. 

After inheriting a building from his grandpa that he never met, Clay packed up his life with the sole purpose of selling the building, take the money and go start his own business. Of course along the way he began to fall in love with the little town and of course the peppy upbeag Nicholas. 

I loved Nick right away but it took a little while for Clay to grow on me. One thing that bothered me was the whole, I'm bi, no I'm not, then the next moment they are talking about hooking up and Clay is all into it. It just felt rushed and forced to me.
