I hated Mitch with a passion, I really did not think he had a good bone in his body. My goodness was I proved wrong in so many ways and I am so happy that I was. Mitch has so many layers to him. He is so much more than his hatred and the best part was that he recognized it and began to make changed not only for himself but for his relationships with his brothers as well. 

Gideon, was just what Mitch needed, he didn't put up with his crap and he pushed him out of his comfort zone which is exactly what Mitch needed in order to start to grow to be a better person. The push and pull between them was so strong and Mitch was so angry at the world that he definitely pushed Gideon away so many times that I really thought that one time he was going to go too far but I'm so happy that Gideon never gave up on him. 

I loved all of the appearances of so many other characters and what an impact they had on Mitch and his healing. Mitch went through so much and learned so much about himself over the course of his story that it was heartbreaking at times but definitely the path he needed to take. He definitely redeemed himself!!!!

Just like other Cali books this was such a cute low angst read. I devoured it in one sitting. I loved all the characters so much. 

Nova and Lincoln grew up together and secretly had feelings for each other. One night they shared something special but then the next day Lincoln left to chase after his dreams of hockey. Years later he's back in town and vows to make the girl finally his. 

He stopped at nothing to show Nova that she was it for him. I melted with the scenes of him and Posey, he really had a soft spot for that little girl. Posey was absolutely adorable!

Sister's best friend next with Nash and Riley! I can't wait!!!!

Kyle Bosco. That man is the perfect example of if he wanted to, he would. He wanted to be involved in Harper's life so he did everything he could to help her out and take some stress off her. I mean he may have hidden some things from her but the amount of positive and good things he did definitely outweighs that secret. 

The ASD Rep in this book was so in depth and highlighted a lot but my goodness it was done so well. The struggles of everything that if entails with the daily aspects of someone with it and the loved ones that it effects in one way or another. The way that Kyle was patient and kind with Piper was beautiful and shows how great of a man he is deep down. 

Harper dealt with everything by herself for so long, I was relieved for her when she began getting additional help and when things began working in her favor. I loved the cameo's we got of some characters, I always love seeing them pop up 😍 also seeing some of the shenanigans that went on at Harper's work was hilarious and gave me a good laugh.

whhhhhhat did I just read!!!!!!!! I thought that nothing can top the dark and depraved goodness of No way out but I stand corrected. This book was dark this book was depraved but this was sooooo good. This was the best erotic horror that I have read in awhile, it was insane and I completely devoured it in a matter of hours. I can't wait to see what else these two have in store for us.

What a cute quick read. 

I will say that the Halloween vibes lacked a little for me though. It was a quick haunted house scene and nothing else relat to Halloween but has a nice plot, spice that was hot, and a HEA.

I am so happy to be back in Sutten Mountain again but so sad this is the last first time I'll be reading about this fictional town😭 All of these couples have been perfect but ummm Daddy Dean and Liv have taken top spot of my favorite couple 

Dean is known as the hot single dad of Sutten and after tragically losing his wife years ago he has closed himself off from feelings and getting too close to anyone. That is until Liv comes crashing into their lives. These two danced around their feelings for awhile before they finally gave in. I loved watching Dean open up slowly to Liv and then finally be at a place to let Liv in and love again.

For Liv what was only meant to be a stopover ends up being her forever home. I loved the connection she had with Clara from the beginning and how it only got stronger as time went on. The dynamics of the Livingston family was incredible and I loved how everyone was there for Liv and welcomed her with open arms. 

Also, ugh that man bought her a whole bookstore. not just a book or a few books but  A.WHOLE.BOOKSTORE!! be still my heart, that man is just perfection 😍

I've loved this series so much and sad it has come to an end but this was the perfect way to go out.

Wow. this was straight up unhinged goodness. 

I thought I was not going to like Sutter at all but throughout the book I was pleasantly surprised how much he grew on me. I really enjoyed watching his growth and how he was able to handle Casey and the craziness that he brought with him.

These two were chaotic and an absolute mess but somehow they really worked perfectly together. The banter was top tier and the spice was spicin 🥵 I really really loved the found family and how much of an amazing impact it made. I really enjoyed seeing other couples from previous books, they really added great depth to Sutter and Casey's story. 

I can't wait to see what else is in store from this author!!!

this was such a cute read. I absolutely loved Kay and his personality. He was also so happy and was a friend to everyone. I really liked watching him break through Maddox's hard exterior and never gave up on him. I really felt for Mad when he opened up about his past but I really like watching him be vulnerable and open up to Kay and some of the guys on the team. 

I'm excited for Axel and Jace story next!

Oh my poor sweet Easton. My heart hurt for him so much. Everything he went through, all the guilt he's harbored inside for years and years and how much he felt like he was unworthy of love or kindness. He is such a kind soul who has a heart so big. He deserves all the love and kindness he got. Also Pretty Girl and Casanova 🥹 they helped him heal in a way as well

I loved Archer so much! He was so patient and kind with Easton and showed him just how much he deserves to be loved. He was there for him every step of the way while he healed from his trauma and in a way Easton helped him heal from the loss of his cousin. These two together was 🔥

The dynamics of everything was amazing in this book. The way that Archer's family was there as well for Easton, and all the Swift brothers really, was such a beautiful thing. I love how all the brothers are finally getting the help they need to improve not only themselves but their relationships with each other. I cant wait for Rhett's next! Maybe a little single dad aspect with Cass , I think he would be the perfect one to get Rhett out of his shell 🤔

Aviva is sooo strong, I mean she has to be to be dealing with Jack but this girl, gives as good as she gets and is t afraid and doesn't bow down to Jack. She wants to to make the hockey team pay for what they did to her twin brother but she was not expecting to catch the eye of the most unhinged man, Jack.

JACK FREAKIN FELDMAN!! unhinged. The most unhinged, the most obsessed and the most possessive MMC that I have read in a loooonnnngggg time. He was instantly drawn to Aviva when she doesn't bow down to him like every other woman, he was intrigued. Then when he found out what her plans are, this man becomes FERAL not only for Aviva but for making her his, in every way possible for revenge on trying to destroy hockey for him.

This book is soooooo good. This is dark and depraved, in all the best ways, so definitely make sure to read those trigger warnings! It also had some suspense aspect to it which had you even more invested in what was happening. Can't wait to see what else there is in this world!
