I really enjoyed this well crafted engaging romance between best friends Patrick and Connor, who are both such loveable characters.
Patrick is a kind hearted, shy pastry chef and Connor is a fabulous, confident, “wonderfully exuberant” dance instructor. They’ve been the best of friends for 3 years when circumstances lead to a fake boyfriends weekend. Both want more but the fear of rejection has them overthinking and over complicating their relationship. With undeniable chemistry between them, steamy times soon start and heat levels rise. After following the advice from some of the interesting side characters, Patrick and Connor finally face their fears leading to a beautiful HEA.
Be prepared for lots of sweet, some feels, some fun, the search for the perfect lipstick and lots and lots of cake.

This is another easy, enjoyable, quick read from Isla Olsen and a nice way to start a new series.
Will and Spencer are both very likeable characters who have an instant connection/steam filled encounter upon first meeting. Unaware that they will very soon be employer and employee.
Everything is going along smoothly until an error in judgement but they soon get over that blip and happily continue on towards their HEA.

This is a spin off but you don’t need to read the Love and Luck series first.

This is an unconventional romance.

Jackson and Taylor have been dreaming of each other since they were young but Jackson doesn’t remember those childhood dreams of Taylor. He starts having the dreams again and becomes very confused as to what’s real and what’s a dream. Whereas Taylor always remembered the dreams and has always known that his dream man was the one.

They are soulmates with lots of chemistry leading to hot and steamy times but also some challenging moments as dreams and reality collide.

This is a very interesting, original, well written, engaging plot with an unconventional romance between two very likeable characters who need to negotiate their way between dreams and reality to get their HEA.
