I really enjoyed this well crafted engaging romance between best friends Patrick and Connor, who are both such loveable characters.
Patrick is a kind hearted, shy pastry chef and Connor is a fabulous, confident, “wonderfully exuberant” dance instructor. They’ve been the best of friends for 3 years when circumstances lead to a fake boyfriends weekend. Both want more but the fear of rejection has them overthinking and over complicating their relationship. With undeniable chemistry between them, steamy times soon start and heat levels rise. After following the advice from some of the interesting side characters, Patrick and Connor finally face their fears leading to a beautiful HEA.
Be prepared for lots of sweet, some feels, some fun, the search for the perfect lipstick and lots and lots of cake.
