3.5 star. Quick enjoyable fated mates shifter read.

Second chance romance with grit.

It took me a moment to get into the swing of the time jumps back and forth but once my head got that squared away I really enjoyed this second chance romance. Before the “sweet” kicks in there’s a lot of raw, gritty, angsty and angry times. Aaron and Josh are very real characters, strong with flaws but underneath very good people.
Aaron’s sweet and romantic side is very well disguised under layers of snarky, tactless and annoying behaviour and they both suffer due to severe lack of communication skills. These two characters do have to overcome huge obstacles before they get their well earned HEA. Throughout it all the chemistry between them is constantly bubbling beneath the surface making for high heat levels and as a counter, some very vulnerable moments between them.
I did really wonder at times if their relationship would make it but the story telling ability of this author pulled it all together and left me smiling for Aaron and Josh at the end.

4.5 stars.
Wonderful end to the series.

Quentin and Hope are wonderful characters that snuck into my heart. Both having to overcome huge hurdles in their lives whilst remaining so caring and giving towards others.
An Angel Flight brings them together and so begins a gentle romance, aided and abetted by the loud and loving McCoy clan with 3 year old Lola almost stealing the show.
Their romance slowly blossoms amongst the cancer treatments and the search for a compatible donor. It’s a very pure love that, after a minor hiccup, finds its way to a well deserved HEA.
This is a very engaging and enjoyable, low heat romance with a dash of angst in regard to Holt’s medical situation.

Bentley is the steadfast, solid and dependable member of the VRC unit but his life is thrown for a loop when he meets River in a bookshop. River has overcome so many hurdles in his life but is still capable of caring and loving others all with a healthy dose of sass and humour. So begins their romantic journey which includes a bucket list of misadventures, a mesh shirt, dubious artistic talent and the worlds most evil feline. Culminating in a well earned HEA for these two wonderful men.

This is a superbly crafted, fast paced storyline with well developed characters.
The cast includes friends from the previous books in the series who are back for more mayhem and get caught up in the action, drama, laughter, feels and secrets.....lots of secrets.

I was hooked from the very beginning and could not put this down. From laughing out loud to heart wrenching moments this has all the feels.

This is a short enjoyable read with lots of steam. Jeremy has a less then ideal first impression of Declan but luckily these 2 very likeable characters get past that. They are attracted to each other and once the miscommunication is sorted out the heat turns up to high as the steam rises.
If you’re looking for a short engaging read to fill in a bit of time and to leave you smiling, then I fully recommend this one.
