4.5 stars. I really enjoyed this well written, engaging, sweet romance that brings two wonderfully developed characters together.
Brett and Linden are just so loveable.
Brett is unashamed about who he his, a femboy who loves pretty things and wearing make up.
Linden desperately wants to be his authentic self but doesn’t know how to go about it. He turns to Brett who offers guidance and so begins a beautiful friendship. It slowly morphs into more and it’s an absolute joy watching Linden emerge into the man he’s always wanted to be and his absolute acceptance of Brett. Something that Brett has craved for far too long.
The chemistry between them is undeniable and things turn to hot and steamy once they give in to it. Along the way to their HEA they also get to experience lots and lots of twinkle lights!
This is a lovely, easy to read book about being your true self and embracing it wholeheartedly. I can’t wait to see which of the interesting side characters get their story told next.

I really enjoyed this debut novel. It’s well crafted with great character development and it flows along nicely with good plot formation. I also liked the originality of a romance with a major part of the plot being about writing books.
The main characters Luis and Adam are at opposite ends of the spectrum when it comes to romance and happily ever afters. They connect when Adam, a well known writer, agrees to mentor Luis who is just beginning his literary journey.
They begin their many writing workshops together and very slowly attraction develops. The chemistry between them has always been there and after they finally act upon it the heat levels certainly rise.
As Adam is very cynical and doesn’t believe in love or romance, it’s leads to a major misstep in their relationship but love does win through and they get their HEA.
It’s lovely watching Luis bloom as he discovers his sensual nature and seeing Adam’s world lighten as his aversion to love and romance crumbles away.
This was an enjoyable and engaging read with some feels, a dash of angst and a cast of interesting side characters just waiting for their stories to be told.

This is another enjoyable, well crafted, smoothly paced instalment of the Kincaid Pack series that kept me fully engaged.
This time Marcus, a pack enforcer and Robson, a human deputy get their story told. These strong characters have a few missteps to negotiate along the way but the road to their HEA has minimal angst with lots of sweet and tender moments interspersed with some hot and steamy times.
Robson is from a huge family that he feels responsible for and has concerns how he will fit into the magical world he’s introduced to whilst Marcus has never had a sense of connection to family and it’s the one thing he aches for. Fortunately Robson finds his niche within the pack and Marcus is happily absorbed into Robson’s family.
The overall story arc continues and we are left with a glimpse of more to come.

5 stars.
A sweet with heat age gap romance.
The story telling ability of this author had me reading this book in one sitting. The plot formation and pacing were well done, two wonderfully likeable main characters and a cast of interesting side characters all made for a very engaging and enjoyable read that left me with a huge smile on my face.
Billy and Lawrence do have a couple of bumps along the road to their lovely feel good HEA. But it’s low angst and handled in a mature manner so not heartbreaking, especially as Billy sincerely regrets his behaviour and owns it.
Characters from previous books pop in to gossip but this can be read as a standalone.
Reading this was a great way for me to spend the afternoon and I highly recommend this book, and the series as a whole, when you’re in the mood for something sweet with heat.

This is another easy, enjoyable, quick read from Isla Olsen and a nice way to start a new series.
Will and Spencer are both very likeable characters who have an instant connection/steam filled encounter upon first meeting. Unaware that they will very soon be employer and employee.
Everything is going along smoothly until an error in judgement but they soon get over that blip and happily continue on towards their HEA.
This is a spin off but you don’t need to read the Love and Luck series first.
Shane and Ledger had 12 months of working together before giving in to their attraction to each other. Lots of chemistry means lots of heat and lots of blushing!
Unfortunately Ledger’s stalker isn’t happy about him having a connection with anyone so the craziness and drama begins.
All the Joker’s Sin family are there to help out, there’s a couple of interesting side characters introduced and a wonderful parrot named Lion to provide some entertainment.
After negotiating the major issue of the stalker, these two very loveable characters finally get their hard earned HEA.
This is another engaging and enjoyable instalment in the series and I’m looking forward to more.
