WOW! Fantastic end to the series.
Wes, Hudson and their chosen family are back for a final paranormal adventure. In this emotional roller coaster there’s action, suspense, drama and heartbreak.
I read this in one sitting, it was impossible for me to put it down. Every single member of the chosen family are pushed to their limits in this one.
This cannot be read as stand-alone. I highly recommend this book and the whole series.
I’m sad that the series has ended, but what a way to go out with a bang.

More brilliant magic and mayhem
In this second instalment of the series, Wes and Hudson have start their own privates investigation business. Once again it is a well written original plot line that moves at a good steady pace that had me engaged from the first page.
This book focuses more in Wes and Hudson’s relationship but there are still
cases to solve. They both have trust issues and lack of communication skills as well as making poor decisions within the relationship. They are learning to be a couple again and keep trying to build up their foundation. The chemistry is, as always, hot and I love how the author has portrayed Wes’ asexual nature in such a sensitive and authentic way.
Wes and his chosen/found family, a loving and supportive group who have a large role, are involved in another paranormal adventure which leads to some very emotional moments - my heart broke for Wes at times. We are also introduced to a new secondary character who I hope to see more of in the next book.
This is not a standalone, I feel that you must read the first book to understand this one. I highly recommend both.

Brilliant paranormal mystery/second chance romance
WOW, what a fantastic start to a new series. This is different than your usual run of the mill paranormal romance books.
This is a well written second chance romance with a mystery to be solved. The characters are complex and engaging and Wes is certainly a unique and interesting paranormal character - an immortal not-ghost. The book is written from his POV.
The plot is very original and the story is so well paced it kept me engaged from start to finish. Not a lot of time is spent on world building but it doesn’t detract from the narrative. The side characters are all rather interesting and it will be fun to see where the next book takes them.
Wes and Hudson have to go through quite a few challenges but they do eventually get their relationship sorted out.
I highly recommend this book and look forward to reading more in the series.

3.5 stars.
This really took me my surprise. It’s a fun, light, almost quirky read with entertaining dialogue and some heat between the two main characters, nerdy Alex and demon Seth.
I enjoyed the original storyline and the world building. The main characters are very sweet and likeable, not so much Alex’s Dad, but he does get better towards the end.
I read this in one sitting and I look forward to the rest of the series.

Magical holiday adventure.
Charlie Cochet really knows how to write an original story. In this first book of the North Pole City Tales series we’re introduced to elves Tim and Noel. Tim is adorable whilst Noel lets his insecurities turn him into a grumpy elf. Being in the wrong place at the wrong time leads them to some intriguing side characters.
The world building is fabulous and some of the curse words made me giggle.
This is a sweet, fun, witty holiday novella that’s ideal for a quick seasonal read.
