I really enjoyed it in the beginning but at some point it stopped being interesting. I guess I am at a point in my life that I’ve already gone through this myself and some of the advice the psych gives feels useless to me. Also I cannot seem to relate with what the writer was going through so it is very hard to connect with her. I’ve been avoiding picking it up so I am not going to put myself through that anymore.

This book… I was very excited but it just disappointed me. It has a great start, very interesting facts being debunked, makes you think about the world in a more positive way. But then the rest of the book just keeps dragging on the same 15 facts and stories of the author giving conferences at different time and places but about the same damn thing.
After 3 days actively AVOIDING picking the book up, I give up 😒
