I finished this book out of spite. It took a month to wade through it. The main problem with it was that the idea was SO GREAT that I kept thinking the next page would release me from the socio-politico web Maguire decided to weave instead of sticking with the obvious meat and bones of this plot. This book alone is keeping me from going to see the show. I know. It's terrible.

I'm almost in the middle of this one. So far, so good. I started it on the plane, and although it was a little hard to get into at first, it got interesting really quickly!!
