Great story, don’t know if I would sell it as a “mystery” per say, given that the book is about 40% sex and 30% Clem and Rowley figuring out their relationship. But, I really liked this and am looking forward to the next books in the series.

Power Rangers in a Chinese-inspired, alien infested dystopia. This was kind of strange, with a spiritual-based technical explanations that kind of went over my head a little. That being said, I really enjoyed this. I loved that everyone is presented as not necessarily good or bad, just complex, with the True Evil being the roles placed on us by society - and those who refuse to question What Has Always Been. Really interesting. I’m looking forward to the next one.

If every book by Jackie Lau is this adorably funny and sweet, I will read every single one.
