There was a pretty noticeable editing mistake I just couldn’t move past.

I started and stopped this book a few times. It just want not meant to be.
I felt dread in picking it up
Was reading some of the short stories for a book club. Not interested in the rest.
Main character was so annoying and condescending.
I just couldn’t get really into the story. Plus the way they talked about Aboriginal people felt gross.
