Of Mice and Men by John Steinbeck

Gosh. No wonder it's a classic.
I liked the grapes of wrath, but not quite as much as I loved this one.
Steinbeck's writing is terribly touching, true and beautifully simple. The voice of the low, the people, the common.
This book is so smart, human, empathic and heartbreaking. Wonderful.

Juste un chef d’œuvre, malheureusement toujours d’actualité. Zola possède une lucidité sur la nature humaine exceptionnelle.
