Well, damn, Sora really plotted this entire thing... but also, damn, kudos to her for keeping her "act" of being a boy up for so long.
I did find her creepy and suspicious before, but seeing everything from her perspective, makes her a pretty likable person. I don't ship her with Kotone or anything, but her and Naruka could've perhaps made a good pair.

It's nice that the dad got supportive after the reveal. <3

Also, Yuzu's movie was pretty good! She should totally go into the movie industry.
Oooh and Yuzu & Kaede got their happy ending, too. ^^

Oh my, tho, I didn't expect for Yuu to be the mature one. Although Haruka's obsession over Yuu was pretty childish and extreme the whole time, she was mostly mature when it came to skinship. (Or she was just too horny to care, lmao.)
But considering I found Yuu rather annoying the whole time, this was some nice character development.

~

Well, overall I found this volume to be the best, so it's kinda sad that the anime doesn't cover it. Either way, glad I read it (although I got annoyed a lot, when it's supposed to be one of those series that aren't meant to be that serious and most of it is comedy anyway... volume 8 was rather serious tho, so maybe that's one of the reasons I like it so much). I wouldn't count it to one of my favorite series, but it wasn't bad either.

Volume 8 was the best and that'll probably be the one I'll recommend. XD

Wait, so they're not going out and are just "kissfriends"?? Tf... _-_
But didn't they tell their friends in volume 3 or sth? At least Kaede knew...

And Kotone and Yuu moved in together, even though Haruka turned Sumisumi down, when Sumi asked if they could live together as sisters. Are you kidding me?

Somehow, since it came out that they're just "kissfriends", I can't really enjoy this anymore. Everything they do is just annoying. I found Yuu annoying before but brushed it off because this isn't a serious manga to begin with. But now... it just all feels like a joke, oof.
Haruka does so much for Yuu, it's unfair. Unbalanced relationships are a no-go for me.

Haruka and Shizuku should perhaps become a thing, since they care so much about their partner. At least it would be balanced then. -.-
Or I could go back to shipping Haruka and Mitsuki...

But hey, at least Rina and Mitsuki are getting closer.

I do like the new characters, Rei and Runa.

But, whaaat?? Kotone's fiancé is a girl???????

Damn, Yamada is such a matchmaker/best "man". XD
Really hope she's getting paid enough...

Yuzu's obliviousness towards gays (or lgbtq+ people in general?) is getting very annoying tho. Hope this is getting resolved by the end. It was funny at first and I get the author just keeps a running gag around, but too long is too long, indeed.

Wow, also, I think this was the first volume a male student showed up; answering my question about whether or not it was an all-girls school. Really tho, why did it take 6 volumes for a male student (not counting the ones from the festival, since they were from another school) to make an appearance in the manga, lmao?

Yep, Akari is a Yandere. And she's overpowered. I do hate overpowered characters, but considering she's not the protagonist, it's not that bad. And she's not doing it for a guy, so that's a plus.

So, I was hoping for a bit of a plottwist about Menou saving Akiri, and damn, there really was. Instead of doing it like always – suddenly realizing that killing is wrong and they do everything to help the otherworlder survive –, the twist is the villain and Menou has no choice but to fight them, because her life is on the line as well.
Well, I love the author.

Although I was a bit confused in the beginning, especially when the villain was explaining their reasons, but it got clearer towards the end of the volume.

I didn't really like Momo much before (characters being obsessed over their senpais are just annoying), but after her backstory, I've come to like her.
I wouldn't ship her with Menou romantically, but I do like her more with Menou together (platonically), than Akari. The fact that Menou & Akari now call each other "best friends", after having known each other for like 2 days, yet Momo & Menou pretty much grew up together, is rather an "oof" and *eye-roll*-moment...

But, well, overall it is enjoyable (tho less than volume 2), and I really ship Momo & Ashuna.

"It's been so long that I've spoken that my voice isn't..."
Same, Hitori, same.

I love and hate how relatable Hitori is. Not being able to hold eye-contact, doesn't know how to talk when nervous, can't go into places and procrastinates for 15+ minutes, is nervous all the time when with people, etc. Although I'm not that extreme anymore and that was rather me in middle & high school, I do still have those moments occasionally.
I love it because of the realistic representation, but I hate how relatable it is, lol. I feel every sweat that Hitori goes through in this story, and it's lowkey stressing me out. (But that's just me; every extrovert would probably think she's exaggerating.)

On the other hand, I'm more like Ryou though, because I love being and doing things alone. While I do have social anxiety, I don't have the need to change that. Whether it's shopping, watching a movie in theaters or whatever, I totally don't mind going there alone and I probably have more fun than being with people.

Well, enough about me.
The story is rather slow-paced, but I don't mind that. I love the realistic take on social anxiety.
And yea, it's probably likely she'll turn into an extrovert by the end of the series, simply because she's the protagonist, but let's hope not.

I also really love the "fanarts" of each chapter. Idk what they're called but it's common for every manga to have the characters pose for sth in every beginning of a chapter; sometimes it's random, other times it's giving the vibe of the chapter. It's not "fan" art, since the artist/author is drawing them, like bonus art...
What makes it special here, is that the reference image is shown and it's usually from a song or music video.

Wanted to read something similar to "Asumi-chan is interested in lesbian brothels", while I wait for volume 5, but now I wish I didn't...

While the concept is similar – basically pay for sex –, everything else is quite the opposite.
1) A. is about brothels, where the mc goes to a love hotel and pays the workers to have sex.
T. gets paid from university mates to have sex with them.
2) A.'s mc is going to the brothels on her own, because she wants to.
T.'s mc is lured in with money because she's poor, but everything else is arranged by a friend, who doesn't really care whether or not mc wants to sell her body.
3) A. is soft and wholesome with a story.
T. is basically just porn without plot. There is a story but also not really.
4) A. is about figuring yourself and your preferences out, as well as having a little fun, but main theme is enjoyment and destress.
T. feels the opposite: it's rather stressful to read, knowing the mc just does it for the money. There's barely any consent, everyone treats her pretty much like a doll. They pay her but arrange everything through the friend. Almost the whole university found out about the club that mc didn't even set up – mc though it was a one-time thing.
It's also mostly just about the money – how to get it and how to spend it.
5) A. is realistic, mature and, although there isn't really romance, it feels romantic.
T. is the opposite. Almost everyone is immature, and yes i know that's college life, but that doesn't mean it also has to be kinda toxic.

T.'s message basically is "get money fast and then spend it fast".

It's written and drawn for the male gaze – breasts get automatically larger when they're the main focus of the camera/panel or during sex scenes. The sex scenes are also kept short and it's always the same procedure.
