As with many books I read, I started this one not knowing anything about it. I stepped into a world of enchantment and heartbreak with Evangeline Fox in this fun tale. 💔 From the beginning, Garber weaved a magical spell that had me hooked until the very end. 📖✨ 

 

Evangeline's belief in true love shatters when the love of her life decides to marry another. 😢 Desperation leads her to strike a deal with the charismatic yet wicked Prince of Hearts. 💔❤️ In exchange for his help, he demands three kisses at his chosen time and place. 

 

As the story unfolds, the line between love and danger blurs, revealing the perils of bargaining with immortals. The narrative is sprinkled with a delightful touch of vampire lore, adding an unexpected twist to the fairy tale ambiance. 🧛‍♀️🌹 

 

 I’ll definitely be continuing this series.

“From Helsinki With Love” By K.H. Anastasia

This was a delightful surprise for me! 📚❤️ As a newcomer to both the author's work and the world of hockey romance, I found this book to be a perfect blend of cute and spicy moments. 🌶️ The holiday setting added an extra layer of warmth and charm to the story. 

 

Jasper, the suspended hockey player seeking refuge in Finland, and Vivian, the unlucky traveler stranded in a foreign country, make an unlikely pair that keeps you hooked from the start. 😍 

 

One of the highlights for me was the glimpse into Finnish culture woven into the narrative. 🇫🇮 Learning about the traditions and experiencing the holiday celebrations with the characters added a unique and enjoyable dimension to the plot. 

 

The combined romance with a touch of humor, makes the characters relatable and lovable. 

 

From Helsinki With Love is the first in a series and is available 12/6!

Author, Mari Montgomery, receives a life-changing message that promises hope but unravels into a nightmarish scenario. 📧😱 

 

Modglin's attention to detail is impeccable. The descriptions of the different cups made me feel like I was right there, sharing in Mari's unease. 

 

As Mari faces her 'number one fan,' the plot takes a sinister turn that's straight out of a nightmare. The story is filled with elements of obsession and survival. 

 

What starts as a seemingly innocent message escalates into a battle for survival against a villain who has mastered the art of darkness from Mari's own novels. The narrative skillfully mirrors the author's worst nightmare come to life, creating a truly haunting experience. 

 

Seriously, If you enjoy stories that keep you guessing until the very end, Modglin’s books are for you! 🌟🔍

I was hooked from the very beginning! The story of Riven and Parrish is a heart-wrenching journey of redemption, love, and the struggle to break free from a troubled past. 

 

🚨 The plot unfolds with gripping intensity as Riven takes the fall for a crime he didn't commit, highlighting the harsh realities of loyalty and sacrifice. Loved that it was set in a small-town in Oregon too! 

 

💔 Riven's reluctance to let people in and Parrish's desire to distance himself from a family mired in illegal activities create a perfect storm of tension and passion. The chemistry between them is palpable, and their evolving relationship is beautifully crafted. The mutual lust turns into a poignant love story that tugged at the heartstrings. ❤️

While not reaching the same heights as the first book for me, it delivers a solid continuation that kept me hooked from start to finish. The plot thickens as Avery grapples with her identity and searches for the truth behind her connection to the enigmatic Hawthorne family. 🕵️‍♀️

🧬 The revelation of Avery not being a Hawthorne by blood adds another layer of complexity, and Barnes skillfully weaves a web of clues that hint at a deeper bond. The Hawthorne grandsons, Grayson and Jameson, add magnetic allure to the narrative, tugging Avery in conflicting directions.
