Honestly, it was a pretty decent YA dystopian. I was a little bored with it, until about 60% through. If I was the target audience for this, I'd probably be rating it higher.

Was there a huge plot? Nah. Did it make me want to consume more trashy (in the best way) alien smut? Absolutely.

This is exactly the cozy romance book i needed right now. It also really made me want to adopt a 3rd cat, even though i cant ahah. I really loved Ben and Kara's relationship and how a little Chaos changed their lives.

It took me a while to really get into this book. I didn't get really too interested in this until about 40% in. I almost dnf but found the story too interesting and wanted to see where it would go, was not disappointed!

The writing was good and really enjoyed the characters. This book got DARK at some parts and i ate it right up. I gave it 4 stars just because of how hard it was to get into it at first, as well as ending on a cliff hanger (cannot wait for the 2nd book now).

if i was reading the ebook it would be a dnf. but, i'm a sucker for Alex Kydd narrating & listened to the audio book. eh, it was cute. predictable. quick read.

I can understand why this is such a classic vampire novel. I've seen the movie a bunch of times and obviously, the book is always better. My only dislike about this book is that it took me soo long because, even though i really enjoyed it, i was getting so bored with it. Honestly, it was probably because i had been more in the mood for romance novels. Either way, solid read.
