i received an ARC of this book on my kindle and it was such a cute enemies to lovers story! 

both MCs are super successful but it turns out that the MMC bullied the FMC in high school. the MMC gets into a little trouble at his company for saying the wrong thing about his community. he needs the FMC’s PR firm to help with this mess. 

i thought that the storyline moved on super fast and it felt like insta love, which is one of my least favorite tropes. but i did enjoy the banter and how the MMC showed the FMC how much he’s changed over the years and how sorry he was for bullying her in high school.

this book has all my favorite tropes: enemies to lovers and marriage of convenience. 

you slowly see dante falling in love with vivian and it’s the cutest thing! i’m obsessed with dante and i even went and bought b&n + indigo’s exclusive editions of this book. so now i have 3 copies of king of wrath on my bookshelf. 

i loved the character development of dante. he went from being cold and calculated to loving and adoring. one of my favorite MMCs! 

did i break my paperback streak to buy this hardcover for the sprayed edges? 100%. the hype is sooo real for this book omg, i will always and forever be in my fourth wing era!

i have no words for this book, it was truly a five star experience.

this book follows violet, our fmc, being forced off to a war college to become a dragon rider. she’s the most badass fmc i’ve ever read about. she’s strong and doesn’t take anyone’s shit. i also love the chronic illness rep in this book!

xaden, the love of my life, is our mmc. he doesn’t coddle violet and allows her to grow in her own way. this man is the best book boyfriend ever. why am i always falling in love with men who can wield shadows? 🥵

this book hit every mark for me. it has my favorite enemies to lovers trope, some spice, and it made me feel ALL the emotions! i think i legit cried for an hour when i was 80% in. i highly recommend this book if you’re into romantasy, action, and dragons. 🐉💛

i was so graciously offered an arc of prey drive by jen stevens! i’ve read her other books before and i was literally hyperventilating when she offered to send it to me. 🥹

it has paranormal elements, stalker romance vibes, and main characters with past trauma! as always, please check TWs before reading. 

the book follows jovie, our fmc, who recently moved to a new place to get away from her toxic ex boyfriend and her toxic mom. she has an amazing support system through her sister and her wife while she’s making this transition.

enter bash, our morally grey stalker mmc, who also becomes her boss. 👀 his family owns the house that jovie rents and his plans to use the house for his “activities” gets ruined. 

i can’t say too much more without giving away the plot! but i was questioning whether or not bash was sane in the beginning LOL. and then i fell in love with him, as i always do with stalkers. 😭 the last 50 pages had me feeling so many different emotions, i think i audibly gasped like ten times. the ending had me shook! with how it ended, maybe there will be a prey drive 2 in the works? 👀 i need more!

one of my favorite books of the year! this book is extremely dark and emotional, i recommend checking out the TWs before diving in.

still beating made me feel so many emotions. dean & cora are kidnapped by a serial killer who makes the victims fall in love with each other before unaliving them. dean is the fiance of cora's sister and they both have spent the last 15 years hating each other. once kidnapped, they're forced to do unspeakable things which makes their bond grow -- they need each other to get through life after what happened to them.

this book is emotional and angsty! i loved dean so much, he was so strong for the both of them. 

felt like i was reading a wattpad book from when i was 13. 

this book was cute, but the one spicy scene was so??? awkward omg. also after finding out that this was originally a kylo ren fanfic gave me the biggest ick. adam was based off adam driver? no thanks, i hated that image LOL.

i've been seeing this book all over bookstagram and booktok and i was disappointed to say the least. it feels like the whole story is about wren's virginity. her dad's weird obsession with it gave me the ick. crew turned into a softie. idk, just wasn't for me. 

didn’t really like this book. blakely was annoying and always crying and the book dragged on. it easily could’ve been 300 pages instead. i did enjoy the smut though!

tbh, i wasn't a fan of this book. i felt like there was barely any chemistry. declan went from not wanting to be friends with iris to all of a sudden wanting her? i absolutely loved iris though!
