i was so graciously offered an arc of prey drive by jen stevens! i’ve read her other books before and i was literally hyperventilating when she offered to send it to me. 🥹

the book follows jovie, our fmc, who recently moved to a new place to get away from her toxic ex boyfriend and her toxic mom. she has an amazing support system through her sister and her wife while she’s making this transition.

enter bash, our morally grey stalker mmc, who also becomes her boss. 👀 his family owns the house that jovie rents and his plans to use the house for his “activities” gets ruined. 

i can’t say too much more without giving away the plot! but i was questioning whether or not bash was sane in the beginning LOL. and then i fell in love with him, as i always do with stalkers. 😭 the last 50 pages had me feeling so many different emotions, i think i audibly gasped like ten times. the ending had me shook! with how it ended, maybe there will be a prey drive 2 in the works? 👀 i need more!
