The first third of book starts off a bit slow. However, it is well worth sticking with it as the story becomes very gripping. At times it can be a bit difficult to read due to Trollope writing the characters dialogue phonetically in the Irish accent.

Anne Brontë's first novel is an underrated one. This may not be as dramatic as her sisters' debut novels but it is an enjoyable read. At times, one gets a bit of an Austen feel to her prose. The problem with this book is that it feels a bit under developed in terms of plot and character.

Thee Time Traveller's Wife had a great concept and the writing style was good. Unfortunately, I just found the scenes with teen Clare and adult Henry to be really creepy.

A biography of Anne Boleyn for the more general reader. This work doesn't really add anything new or ground breaking. The hardback edition unfortunately suffers from poor editing as there are spelling mistakes and typos throughout. The footnotes lacked page numbers and sometimes Licence didn't reference passages of primary sources.
