Agnes Grey
by Anne Brontë
(4.5 Stars)
Anne Brontë's first novel is an underrated one. This may not be as dramatic as her sisters' debut novels but it is an enjoyable read. At times, one gets a bit of an Austen feel to her prose. The problem with this book is that it feels a bit under developed in terms of plot and character.
