Boooo crappy ending and unnecessary epilogue, like I already hated the whole past lives thing but omg WHY is Amon acting like a child. Those are your kids too dude, why not be a father instead of a whiny bitch about your wife not paying attention to you? He literally pissed me off so bad, ugh, clingy husband characters are so fucking annoying, it's like dude you're an adult, why not take some responsibility and initiative? 

FINALLY A NEW SETTING, solid development happening here when it comes to independence and such which I enjoy

Mid volume to be sure, just some side shenanigans, I like Obi a lot but I wish we got like...MORE

Both as a first volume but this is also my rating of this series as a whole. Just utterly adore the world Kaoru Mori has built/depicted and all her characters are so lovely and wholly realized. The research that must have gone into historical clothing alone is just stunning.

A lot of people are put off by the age difference and such but I recommend anybody interested in this series to have some faith in Mori as an author and how she continues to depict their relationship. This is not a manga where their relationship is some straightforward romance, it is more nuanced than that, and the entire series revolves around women, forms of marriage, and how their lives are affected by their cultures and families etc. But if you're not into this then I can confidently recommend her other series, Emma, which is also great!

Anyway, I adore this series. 

Can ya'll fucking let my girl Reiko live oh my god, she is literally already suffering by loving a man who is mid at best.  Also Xiaohei....say more...

The ending kicks so much ass, a lot is said about the space in this manga which is impressive but this one really has me able to imagine the animation that would accompany this in real life. Great stuff.

Literally if nobody got me I know Kaoru Mori does, absolutely loved this one and Mori's dedication to drawing horses beautifully in every possible angle is so impressive. Thank you queen for making just such an incredible manga series.

There is a chance that watching Twilight will Trans You...thus it is in our best interest to make sure as many people as possible are able to access Twilight!!

Oh my god it's so me, Murderbot let's stand in corners and watch tv together and not talk at all
