Had I known it was book 1 in a series I probably wouldn't have read it. It's been 4 days since I finished it and I cannot remember much of the plot. I think I liked it fine though.

I think at the halfway point I was getting bored with it, but I finished it cause I had already spent too much time on it which isn't like me. But I think I liked the premise but may the execution near the end got a bit rocky.

It was a cheesy second chance romance and a quick read.

also did they get together when he was married?! And she got annoyed because his wife got pregnant (not really) like he's married...

MMC: "You could die" FMC: *He's so hot, he making me crazy...* what even was this. I like romance books and from my reading history you can tell but this... this was odd. Sometimes smutty romance and wannabe thrillers aren't meant for each other.

The FMC bugged me, idk her mother had more common sense than she did.

Not continuing series but this book was fine.

Fell into the "I'm not like other girls at times..." which I did not find attractive e.g.“Working on a car like this is fun for me, like what a day out at the spa is for other girls” but other than that good romance.
