For those who know me, I am not a fantasy girl. I tried 24 pages of ACOTAR and called it quits šŸ˜‚ The fomo was real for this book. I needed the pretty gold book with the sprayed edges and didn’t get it. Decided to keep it anyways. I am very happy to announce I finished my first fantasy book. Never thought I’d say I love dragons hahahaha I really enjoyed the story and loved Violet. Half way through I had to pre order the next book in this series.  As a non fantasy reader I found I had to re read pages and chapters to make sure I understood what was going on. I did love picking it up every time.

Hannah does it again! Have to admit, when it started I was like oh, not sure this story will be for me. But then bam! I was so into it and couldn’t put it down. This story is bingeable and I loved Bo **swoon** loved the supporting characters as much as the main characters. The banter and chemistry was great between Bo and Win. This story had me laughing out loud as well as choked up. Congrats on another amazing book Hannah.

Big thanks to Hannah for my arc in exchange for my honest review.

Loved this book!!! It is heartbreaking😭 but this author never disappoints. As a mother, what would you do to keep your child safe if it means leaving them? While not knowing when you will see them again?? This story is about friendship, family, grief, survival, ugh, it had it all.  I loved the authors note at the end and you can see how she does her research. I’ve read 3 books now by Kristin and I can’t wait to read more of her backlist.

Thanks to Simon & Schuster Canada, Gallery Books and Netgalley for this arc in exchange for my honest review.

I am happy to say that I enjoyed this book a lot. I was worried as I haven’t loved her other 3 books I read. I took my time with it and really enjoyed the message right up to the end!!! I loved the two POV’s of past and present. Loved the two tropes that were in this one too and it did remind me of real life.

This is my second book by this author and I will say it’s my fave out of the two. I did a mix of physical and audio. This book was creepy, but it kept me engaged from start to finish. I likes the two POV’s set in different timelines. It was a mystery and trying to figure out what happens all those years ago. I didn’t see the ending coming either so that is always a plus.

Loved this book!!! Did it ever make me smile. Courtney Walsh does it again! I love how the author takes us through Isadora’s hurt with her past and her feelings. I loved all the new people that came into her life. They were so loveable. A lot of people will be able to relate to Isadora. It was such a cute story about knowing your worth, deserving happiness and finding people to call family.

Can’t wait to get a hold of a copy for my shelves šŸ˜

Thanks to Netgalley and Thomas Nelson for this advanced copy in exchange for my honest review.

DID NOT FINISH: 58%

The start of this book pulled me in right away! Alex loses her parents and younger brother as they were killed in their own home. I felt for Alex as she was accused of murdering them. Later on I felt like it was a totally different story and not sure how this was all going to come together. The last part had me on the edge of my seat wondering what would happen and the ending did make me gasp. This was my second time reading a book by Charlie Donlea. Looking forward to reading more off his backlist.

Thanks to Kensington Books and Netgalley for a arc in exchange for my honest review.

Never read a book by this author before. I listened to this one on audio. I like the premise. There was lots of family drama and secrets which I love reading about. This one definitely was good on audio and not sure I would have liked it on print. It kept me listening to see how this would all pan out. I would say it was entertaining.

Loved this story so much! Loved the two POV’s and all the side characters. Gave me all the emotions Cannot wait to read more of this authors books.
