The main thing that jumps out about Redsight to me is the worldbuilding. I thought it was reallt interesting, and it made me read the book at a slower pace than I usually do, to really let the details sink in. I enjoyed the multiple POV's, and how they slowly revealed more and more about the world.

In the second half, and more in the last quater, I did feel like things moved rather fast, sometimes without, to me, enough explanations of the how and why, which was a shame!

Overall I still enjoyed reading the book, en would recommend it to friend who like (sapphic!) space opera with interesting worldbuilding. (I would give it a warning for excessive desriptions of blood and (not too) explicit body horror because wow XD

edit: whoops, almost forgot to mention that it's cool to have a blind main character written by a blind author!

Third time still good, also nice narration!

Love the book still, and the narration was so well done! I feel like they really got Declan's voice super well.

Liked this enough that I immediately bought the next part on my ereader. Ooops.

lighthearted medium-paced

From Fan to Forever was a fun wish-fulfillment  celebrity romance!  It takes place in Canada, so imagine my suprise when I came across pannenkoeken and uitwaaien! :D That was a really fun detail for this Dutch reader, and I love when books include small things about other cultures or habits that you usually don't expect in the setting!
The meet-cute made me go a bit 'You really gonna do that?..... sure' but that's what suspense of disbelief is for, it's a romance novel, not a guide to life and good decisions :D
I absolutely still recommend this book to people looke for a sapphic romance with a nice dose of ' public eye' angst :D

Rent to Be in audiobook form was a really enjoyable listen. I always love a good friends-to-lovers, and as the blurb states, lots of things that can be relatable to millennials in this book, especially US ones I think. (Especially on the student debt part, I can only judge from what I read online, living in the Netherlands myself and being lucky enough to avoid those).
During the course of the book some choices Isla, our main character, makes were quite frustrating but as that was dealt with in-book, it ended up being a plus instead of an annoyance! Yay!

The narration was really wel done, and pleasant to listen to ^^

I would like to thank Netgalley and RB media for an audio ARC of this book to review.
